Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione e alla Fortezza da Basso sede del Congresso e vista molto bella della cupola del Duomo dal terrazzo

Bagno senza finestra e sempre con un certo odorino. Aria condizionata un po' rumorosa. Prese elettriche scomode dietro ad un armadietto e senza prese libere per cui, per il computer ho dovuto spostare il mobile e sgancire la presa per il caffè. Una bottiglietta d'acqua solo il primo giorno

Atendeu nossas necessidades...
Pros:

Gostei da localização muito próxima à estação de trem Santa Maria Novella, o que era importante, porque chegamos tarde em Florença e assim pudemos deixar as bagagens e depois sair para dar uma volta no centro e tomar um drink, sem a necessidade sequer de atravessar uma rua. O café da manhã não estava incluído, mas me arrependi de não ter tomado café no hotel. O bom foi que pudemos deixar nossa bagagem no hotel após o check-out, assim passeamos pela cidade, além de visitarmos o Palazzo Pitti e os jardins de Boboli com tranquilidade.

Cons:

O quarto era pequeno e antigo, e apesar de oferecer as comodidades básicas e ser bem localizado, achei caro sem o café da manhã incluso, e as fotos da fachada me deram a impressão de ser mais charmoso do que era.

Our stay was very pleasant and we would stay there again.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. One person gave us a map and walked us through our destinations. He also recommended a restaurant in which he called ahead and made reservations for us. The room was great. Had a small balcony and a large tub/shower combination. The breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but it was delicious and had so many choices.

Cons:

It was kind of hard to find. Highly recommend reserving a parking space if you plan to stay.
