I did not need a breakfast, and I didn't pay for a breakfast. Their setup for breakfast appeared to be nice, if I would have needed a breakfast. My room was extremely clean, and my room had a very pleasant smell about it. I spent my entire night in my room. I enjoyed relaxing and watching the news on TV. I couldn't hear any outside noise, which was excellent! The entire staff was pleasant.
I booked the room through booking.com for a total cost of $180.69, and the hotel charged my credit card $247.74 and a minus $50 for a total cost of $197.74 for a 1 night stay of April 11 to April 12. Therefore I paid $17.05 more than the agreed upon price through booking.com. No printout was available through the clerk as I left. I was able to check out the invoice on an email after I arrived home. Their invoice of $197.74 matches what was charged to me on my credit card website. This situation of charging errors needs to be corrected! Also, when I first arrived, the clerk couldn't confirm the price of $180.69, and therefore I wasn't totally sure about my total cost until I arrived home again.
Everything was very clean. Person at front desk for check in was very friendly. Housekeeping staff in the morning was very cheerful and motivated. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic and confusing. Set up like a regular buffet with made to order eggs or waffles the staff seemed overwhelmed as they wanted to serve us like a resturant. It could be more efficient.
Our granddaughter loves the breakfast and the pool! We stay here on our way from NH to Maryland, and then again on the way back home, usually once a year when we travel to see family.
Clean, good beds,
We had an accessible room ( we didn’t need it but the rate was favorable). The bathroom could use a little TLC
4 degrees outside ans they had no heat in the lobby/first floor!! Should have been illegal for them to stay open. They ran out of our room type and offered to stay at their sister hotel or stay put and get upgraded to a suite. No one mentioned not having heat- why would they not mention it!!! We upgraded to the suite because we didn't know the hotel was having heat issues. We get to our room and .... the heat wasn't working in the living room!! Ended up going back downstairs and getting another room that wasnt upgraded. I would have demanded to go to the sister hotel if it wasnt so late and I didn't have my family. Never again!
Conveniently located and they take dogs which is a plus. I like the ability to do everything on the Hilton App but sadly this time around my digital key did not work.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and extremely small. We had a king size bed and the pillows basically looked like postage stamps on the bed. The lobby was also filled with what looked like dehumidifiers and cables running to them (perhaps they had a flood recently)?
Parking and not far away from restaurants and town
the reception and lobby for uncomfortable cold below 66 degrees eating in the restaurant
The cleanliness and upkeep were not acceptable. There were stains in the bathtub and dirty tissues left under the beds. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but had a strong smoke odor. The elevators were unreliable, and the hotel overall looked run-down and poorly maintained.
That they had good parking and a jacuzzi
The shower curtain didn't close all the way, the tv channels were out do to the cable service when we woke up the room was freezing the heater stopped working.
I ordered the breakfast deal. It was like 20$ more for both of us for 2 days. So $5 each/day. We got the breakfast buffet both days. They made it up for you and given an extra bag to get muffins, cereal, etc. the sign said $16.95 for buffet. So order it when you book. Food was great.
Toilet was leaking a little around bottom seal, room wasn't vacuumed well but whatever. Food or something in corners by little fridge. Every time you sat on toilet, the lid jiggled and made a loud noise. Room 420. It was the perfect room tho, right off the elevator. Pool and hot tub were nice. Rust stains on pool bottom. Hotel kinda old. Location is tricky, pay attention, there is a Hampton Inn right in front, saw the sign for Hilton, both hotels use same driveway so almost went in wrong hotel. Hilton is way out back. Would stay again.
I loved the property they had a bar, spa, and pool on the premises
I loved all of it there was nothing that I did not like
