Service and location
Nous avons séjourné dans une suite très spacieuse, confortable et agréable.
Le seul petit bémol concerne l'absence de bouilloire dans la chambre. J'en ai demandé une à la réception, mais malheureusement l'hôtel n'en disposait pas. Dans un établissement 5 étoiles, la présence d'une bouilloire dans la chambre est pourtant, selon moi, un équipement de base.
Je tiens en revanche à souligner le professionnalisme d'Umar à la réception. Il a été exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour : toujours disponible, très serviable et d'une grande gentillesse.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était excellent, très varié et complet. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour bien commencer la journée.
Absence du bouilloire dans la chambre
Hotel Icon is the only hotel I want to stay in downtown Houston. It’s just such a nice hotel! I sleep better here. The rooms are big. The shower is hot. It smells good. The breakfast is the best, and Driss, the breakfast attendant, is an incredible representative of the service you should expect from an Autograph-level Marriott. I have stayed at most of the hotels in downtown Houston, but now that I found Icon, this is my spot.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is so clean and smells elegant. The valet, Ramiro, was so friendly. The rooms are so pretty and the atmosphere was so fantastic the location is perfect I really enjoyed it and I’ll be back the breakfast was so good I like that it is available until 11am :)

My only complaint is a strong perfume smell throughout. If you are sensitive to things like that, you may have issues.
