Das Personal war wirklich super. Geduldig und freundlich. In anbetracht der Tatsache, dass das Klientel nicht immer einfach ist (ich bin es als Gast auch nicht immer) hat das Personal seinen Job in einer freundlichen und ruhigen Art wirklich gut gemacht. Kompliment. Auch wenn ab und an eine Fehler passiert, aber ist nicht so schlimm. Insbesondere die Leute im Consierge-Bereich haben immer alles getan um unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht super, aber sehr gut. Vor allem, weil es gleich am Meer ist
Unser Zimmer war schön und der Blick aufs Meer wirklich super. Das Badezimmer ist schön gross. Das Bett war wunderbar. Schön weich. Wir haben darin sehr gut geschlafen.
Die Sauberkeit ist top.
Was mir auch gefiel ist die Auswahl an Restaurants und Cafes. Insbesondere die Möglichkeit bis tief in die Nacht auf der Terasse zu sein, und noch was zu trinken.
Der Pool war sehr schön. Was mir auch gefällt ist, dass er offenbar mit Meerwasser gefüllt war.
Wir haben uns, trotz einiger Mängel wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein Hotel in einer solchen Preiskategorie und für Monaco und für die erwartete Klientel etwas mager. Da gibt es an anderen Orten in günstigeren Hotels deutlich mehr Auswahl und auch mehr Abwechslung.
Der Privatstrand ist zwar eine coole Sache, aber die Buch ist so eng und relativ isoliert, so dass das Wasser oft nicht besonders sauber war.
Warum der TV keinen Internetzugang mit Gratisdiensten wie z..B. Youtube hat ist mir ein Rätsel.
Der Garten mit den vielen Vögeln. Wir haben einige Male einen Platz gleich nebenan erhalten und mussten öfters die Vögel abwehren, damit diese sich nicht am Essen zu schaffen machen. Ich verstehe den Sinn dieses "offenen Zoos" nicht. So etwas hat im Essbereich eines Hotels nichts zu suchen.
Die Möbel waren leider nicht im besten Zustand. Für eine solche Preiskategorie nicht akzeptabel.
Der Gym ist so lalala. Auch da erwarte ich für so einen Preis einfach mehr als angeboten.

The bathroom had no ventilation, which kept it always damp and traps odors inside. There are no facilities to dry swimsuits and the air conditioning drips water into the room.

The breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of options, all of which were of great quality above what I'd expected.
The only downside was the pricing being a bit high, though this is less to do with the hotel and more the destination, but it was a constant presence in my mind whilst there.

Für 3 Personen war das Zimmer etwas zu klein, die Sicht auf die Stadt etwas eingeschränkt und die Toilettenspülung ist viel zu schwach.
