Decent stay
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant. The room itself was pretty decent. The floors were clean, the bed was clean (I’m OCD about a clean bed and I checked the bed up and down. I always bring my own bedding to any hotel anyway, but it was nice to know the bed itself was decent), and the kitchenette was clean. The bathroom was relatively clean. A little wear and tear on the counter, but it’s expected.

It goes without saying that this is definitely not on the same caliber as the Four Seasons. However, if you need a place to stay in a pinch or your budget is a little restricted, Extended Stay is decent enough (at least in the location I stayed at).

Cons:

So, the exterior has a lot to be desired. It needs an upgrade. It looks sketchy and shady. Also, there were some people loitering about here and there (they’re the “residents” of the hotel). I understand that they live there, but loitering in groups in front of the hotel or in the parking lot, especially at night, makes the place look even more sketchy. I thought the looks of the place on the outside was a reflection of the inside, but was surprised that the room wasn’t bad.

It was fair. I'm not impressed with the place at all.
Pros:

The Extended Stay America was conveniently located

Cons:

The hallways were frequently dirty. The trash room smelled. The breakfast had missing items.
