The room that l was put in was not cleaned. The room was full of trash in the trash bin and over flow. The room was so smelly.

They aren’t clean at all. Hygiene is terrible.
Receptionist was very unprofessional, no eye contact, body attitude and the face was like she didn’t want to be there. I complained of the situation to her and she asked me to stay in the uncleaned, smelly room that is full with trash. “We don’t have any cleaner available at this moment and we have no room available right now “. No apologies or anything. Very rude.

She eventually gave me a new room, l thought the nonsense was over. The second room TV remote wasn’t working. So l went to bed just like that. Again, I woke up in the morning trying to get off the bed into the bathroom, l felt a wet floor when l stepped on the wooden floor and my legs wet as well l almost slipped. There was alots of water on the floor like someone internationally poured water on the floor. I almost slipped. The water has gone all the way under my bed through to my daughter’s side of the floor. I requested for the manager.
The manager said they didn’t have any maintenance personnel for the AC to be checked on. I ended up being moved AGAIN to another room. It was so uncomfortable the wall way was smelly like someone was smoking week ago the wall way. You would smell it in the room. Omg!!
It was a mess and a horrific experience. I couldn’t wait to get the hell out of that hotel.

The manager intend to take care of the first night and percent for the first room.

The property was not satisfying at all. It was dirty and dusty throughout the room. The bathroom vanity area was covered in dust and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The shower, including the surrounding bathtub/shower area, was also dirty.

The computer desk in the room was filthy with dust, grease, and dirt buildup. The brown accessible windows did not have screens installed, which creates a safety concern and should be addressed immediately to help prevent any possible accidents.

The bedside tables were extremely dusty, and the bed linens appeared crooked and unclean. Although the kitchen area was not very large, the side of the refrigerator was covered in grease and looked like it had not been wiped down in quite some time.

Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the property did not meet expectations and was very disappointing.

Really dirty; sticky floors, bathroom smelled like cigs, everything was dirty the walls, doors, windows. The cookies were expired lol.

The carpet in the hotel lobby needed to be replaced and smells like an old bar.

The outside of the hotel is very dirty. There’s garbage everywhere the hallways are often littered with pieces of trash.

Everything. It was gross, bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom counter was cracked, toilet didn’t flush, shower was gross, stains everywhere.

Toilets didn’t work, staff setting off fire alarms, no clean towels, the room was dirty, manager never followed up after maintenance never showed up

It was not a real breakfast, but a "grab and go" one with only one flavor of Kellogg bars, hi-carb/-fat packaged buns & mini-muffins, and coffee that was empty when i got there. There was no fruit, fruit juice or yogurt .

It’s old and tired. The carpet is stained, there are absolutely no supplies in the ‘kitchen’, and the amenities are minimal. While the staff did give me some decaf coffee upon request, it was instant and essentially undrinkable.
