Pros:

Nice facility and outstanding staff. i particularly would like to commend management
(Lee Ann and April) and the night employee Kayla and David the maintenance person. They are highly professional and a credit to your organization.

The Best Hotel Experience I Ever Had!

Hi! I have been here since April 2024 and I can’t say enough how this Hotel has been The BEST Experience of my life!
All the Front Desk Staff and the Maintenance and Cleaning Staff I mean Everyone has been Fantastic!
The Location is Winning the Life Lottery! From Dealing with the dumb house we ended up selling to Stores, Bowling Alleys Restaurants, you can’t get any better than this!
Century Square, Southland, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and SPINS Bowl are All Here!
Streets Run Road ties Pleasant Hills, Baldwin, Hayes and Southside together.
I’ve also had to visit Jefferson Hospital and some had to stay there but this Hotel is SO CLOSE to the Hospital it’s been a Life Saver Literally!
Extended Stay if America West Mifflin has been not just a place to stay, but a Real Home, a Life Experience and I don’t wanna leave!

Best Ever
Pros:

Heather at front desk was such a help with the transaction for me an my family the hotel is clean free breakfast for me an the kids was great they have washer an dryers an are very accommodating Best play I've stayed this far

Not a good value for the price!
Pros:

Easy access to the location. Good for handicapped accessible. Main area of the hotel clean.

Cons:

The room was not clean. The bathroom floor and sink was very dirty. Showers once and the bathmat was black. Sink had toothpaste from previous person. Very very noisy. 100$ a night for mediocre stay.

Would stay again if need be!
Pros:

Clean, Quiet. Staff was very respectful. Other guest was quiet and respectful. Pet friendly is a plus. Close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. I recommend this place!

I needed a place to stay.
Pros:

Hi! My Dream came True! I Always wanted to live at a Hotel and I have been here since April 2024!
Leanne is so nice at Front Desk so is Laura, April, Bruce, and Heather, Dominique, KKand they do Everything to help me out.
It’s a Safe Place, I like the Gym, and Laundry is available here too.
Stores are close by, so are Restaurants and Shopping Centers.
This is WAY BETTER than living alone in a house that demands repairs all the time and no one knows if you are ok or something happened.
I was given a Covid shot and was relaxing a few days and Laura and KK wanted to see if I was ok. I was but it was nice of them to make sure I was fine.
If your house needs work, come to Extended Stay!
