Great hotel
Pros:

We stay here every time we go to Jasper. Clean rooms friendly staff and the pool and hot tubs yes all 3 hot tubs are a great way to relax. Highly recommend anyone wanting to spend a few days in Jasper or even a overnight stay.

Nice place
Pros:

Good water pressure with plenty of hot water.
Easy check in and check out.
Nice pool area.
Attached restaurant was delicious.
Despite what some of the reviews say, we found it to be a quite location, so much so that we slept with our window open and were not disturbed by noise over 3 nights.
Smart TV, fridge, tea and coffee items.
Microwave could be requested by wasn't required.

About a 15 minute stroll into town.

Cons:

One of the beds was very squeaky.

There was a constant deep hum in the room and surrounds, sounding like it was coming from wome type of industrial engine/fan. It was very annoying.

The room service boy came into our room at 8am on check out day when we were still asleep - claiming he thought we had checked out. We had quite the shock and had a lage night the night previous so were hoping to sleep in.

I would recommend but...
Pros:

Great value for money. The room was clean. Location was close to downtown (4min drive). The pool and hoy tub were amazing and warm.

Cons:

The carpets need to be steamed clean. It was sticky. There is no elevators, so people with knee problems are going to have a challenge with the stairs. The beds are double size and not queen.
