The lady at the front desk when I arrived was super lovely kind and great at her job very polite and friendly
Pros:

Everything. You would need plus friendly staff and at a super affordable price

Cons:

Not so much didn't like but we did lose power for about 30ish minutes to the property but I didn't mind as I had just been on the road for over 20 hours and was tired

A great hotel, close to Jasper town centre and the beautiful Rocky Mountains

The room was too warm, the duvet was very warm, and the pillow was too tall. It made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Pros:

Close to the hot tubs as requested so that was appreciated! Very quiet especially being so close to the main road. Will go back again in the fall when there isn't very many people there.

Excellent!
Pros:

The office guys were super friendly and super accommodating. We felt very cared for! And the dog, too. Will definitely be back next year!
