Excelente
Pros:

El cuarto y el baño son espaciosos, ventana con vista a la montaña. En la habitacion todo lo necesario, refrigerador, cafetera, secadora etc. Tiene piscina con vestidores, un gimnasio bien equipado. Hay lavadoras y secadoras sin costo, si no tienes lo puedes comprar en la recepción.

Cons:

Las regaderas de la piscina no funcionaban correctamente, no cerraban, mucho desperdicio de agua.

Good place to stay in Jasper
Pros:

Reasonable price, reasonably quiet, very nice staff, and easy to access the rooms from the outside

Cons:

The pillows are uncomfortable! Bring you own!

Overall okay. Sheets were delivered. Cannabis smell most annoying and same last time stayed.
Pros:

No breakfast

Cons:

-no sheets on bed. Had to be dilivered
-cannabis smell regularly outside and annoying
-first night very loud until 11 pm or later

Another great visit!
Pros:

The staff are wonderful people. The service was great and everyone who works there seems to go above and beyond.

Cons:

The walls between rooms are a little thinner than we would have liked but it is an older property, much like all the hotels in Jasper.

Good value, functions with a quaint and dated look.
Pros:

Lots of facilities, multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs, saunas. Nice staff.

Cons:

Lights and some interior decor was quite broken. Was told that I couldn’t use the block heater plugin to slow charge my car because it will “ruin my car”. Other hotels (Lobstick) have no issues with this. And this is important to me. People started their gas cars with exhaust facing rooms polluting the inside air. Have signs to indicate which way cars should park and why.

For this price, you can stay at this hotel, but if your budget allows, then look for better.
Pros:

I liked the fact that the hotel has a lot of water activities such as a sauna, a swimming pool, and a hot tub.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights as a family of four, and we were given only one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and one bar of soap. Only after contacting reception did they give us several more shampoos and conditioners, but no soap. The hotel also has very poor soundproofing, and someone was constantly smoking cigarettes in the hallway, and the smoke was seeping into the room.
