Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr bequeme Betten

Freundliches Personal, der Aufenthalt war OK aber nochmals muss nicht sein

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Innen- und Außenpool vorhanden.

Cons:

Man hat uns ein Zimmer über dem Restaurant gegeben, im Bad roch es aus der Lüftung nach Fett von dem Lokal. Wir haben das gemeldet und sofort ein anderes schöneres Zimmer bekommen. In diesem Zimmer hat es nach altem Gummi gerochen, nach einiger Zeit lüften war der Geruch weg und wir konnte die eine Nacht gut verbringen. Ich glaube hätten wir gleich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen wäre die Bewertung besser ausgefallen.

Het is echt te duur voor wat je krijgt. Het is oud en versleten. Ventilatie matig, mobiele airco die veel lawaai maakt. Vieze bank en vloerbedekking.

My stay was fine but wouldn’t stay again, very overpriced for what it was.
Pros:

The location was good. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The initial room I was given had a very overpowering smell of chlorine as it was above the pool but I asked if I could move to another room and it was no trouble at all.

Cons:

The rooms are very old and look a little worse for wear. The carpet had lots of visa or stains. My room was quite small, ok for 1 person but anymore than that would be tight.

There was also a lot of noise from the neighbours above. I could hear every time they walked around and when they were talking. I think the hotel is very overpriced for what it is.

Cons:

We had a 2 bedroom apt, but unfortunately only one bed room had air conditioning which lead to a very uncomfortable sleep. The restaurant next door served a very poor breakfast.

Pros:

Hotel bien placé à Jasper. Suite junior très pratique avec les enfants. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner buffet. Pas assez de vaisselle pour 4. Seulement une partie de la suite climatisée.

Very Disappointing
Pros:

Location in town was good. Bit of a walk to the shops but its a small town. Front desk staff were very nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

The hotel is 4-5 buildings which made finding facilities, parking and the room difficult. I directed a family who had been looking for the pool entrance for 20 minutes. The room was clean but very small allowing for only walkways around the beds. My room was DIRECTLY ABOVE the pool. I slept in a strong chlorine smell waking up to a large headache. There was an exhaust fan running in my room the entire time and it was NOT quiet. Their restaurant (connected to the hotel) was nice but food was below average and the prices way too high. This stay was not worth the price. I'm glad I was only there one night.

Served it’s purpose, but wouldn’t go back

Clean and comfortable place to stay after a day of sightseeing.
Pros:

Excellent location, very convenient to downtown Jasper restaurants. The family suite was spacious and perfect for us. The room was a little dated but very comfortable and clean. Sorry we didn't get to use the pool, etc.
The staff was super helpful and friendly. I left a pair of earrings on the nightstand and they were really kind about helping to return them. I thought the Tonquin Inn was a good value for the price. We'd definitely book again if we return to Jasper.

he hotel is fine, staff very nice, just not worht the bang for the buck.
Pros:

Expensive for the room, but Things in Canada have gotten way out of hand for gouging during peak seasoons.

Friendly staff, lots of space a parking!
Pros:

Property is well maintained and laid out. Plus easily located on the main highway with clear signage. Laundry onsite is a great help when travelling and staff are especially helpful and friendly

Cons:

Price feels unnecessarily high although there does appear to be parts of Alberta with exceptionally high rates this time of year.

Sehr gute Lage und komfortabel und sauber!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in Jasper, fussläufig in die Innenstadt und zu Restaurants. Schönes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Gratis Kaffee, Tee, Kaltgetränke in der Rezeption. Wir waren zwei Stunden vor Check in dort und durften schon einchecken. Aufzug in die höheren Stockwerke!
