Cons:

Our roon was disgusting, stinky rug, toilet paper holder kept falling off wall, smelled of old cigarette smoke. Very bad for the price..coffee cream was outdated, windows had moisture, couldn't see out. Dead bugs on windows sill. curtains were old, stinky..shower curtain wouldn't stay closed.no robes for using for swim/ out side tubs..hot tubs need updating inside snd outside.way too much chlorine. Very sad compared to on line pictures. Was so excited to see our room and opened door to disappointment, asked when booking if I could get room to see the mountains..we got toom facing apartments the room and trip was a 80th birthday gift for my mom.

Pros:

Absolutely grossed out. Stayed in August 2026. The price was $550.00 per night and was super dirty and dated. The room smelled terrible. We could hardly wait to leave in the morning. Disgusting

Comfortable hotel for a stopover, very friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Loved the fact there was a laundry room with washing machines/tumble dryers available to use free of charge. Great location near the centre. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Noisy AC unit, we stayed in hot weather spell so needed it on but was difficult to sleep. We also had very Noisy (not hotel fault) selfish customers who were very inconsiderate in middle of night playing loud music & shouting, the walls between rooms seem to be quite thin.

Pleasant stay at the Rockies
Pros:

Clean rooms, really well located and they provided pet amenities because we were staying with our pet (bed, food bowl and treats), which was super nice! Hotel was quiet, the staff was great and we didn’t have any issue with our stay.

Cons:

The standard room is quite small and basic. You get what you pay for, considering how expensive Jasper has become.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, fußläufig ist alles in Jasper zu erreichen.
Wir konnten ein schlechtes Zimmer gegen ein besseres tauschen.

Cons:

Das uns zunächst zugeteilte Zimmer lag schräg über dem Indoor-Pool. Wahrscheinlich roch es deshalb stark nach Chlor und trotz angenehmer Außentemperatur war es im Zimmer sehr schwül - man hat sich gefühlt wie in einem Schwimmbad. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht anmachen, da der Chlorgeruch dadurch noch verstärkt wurde. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es hatte zwar 2 Queen-Betten, aber es blieb kaum noch Platz um seinen Koffer abzustellen. Ein so zugestelltes Zimmer mit einer sehr ungünstigen Lage innerhalb des Hotels sollte man seinen Gästen zu dem Preis gar nicht erst anbieten. Zum Glück konnten wir das Zimmer am Abend tauschen, das Ersatzzimmer war weniger zugestellt und hatte ein besseres Raumklima.

We enjoyed our stay, but hotel was just a bit too far from choice of restaurants & bars.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, bedroom was at the back of hotel, so quiet. As I'd advised them of our anniversary, they'd very kindly organised a card & bottle of wine ! Generally staff were very nice & helpful.
There was a decent restaurant next door, which opened early enough for breakfast.

Cons:

Couldn't open any windows, so quite hot at night although they did provide a fan. Hotel was more on the edge of town, so good 20 minute walk to shops & restaurants. Room did smell a bit damp when 1st entering, after being closed up all day. Parking in town was almost all paid.
