Absolutely not recommended unprofessionalism poor communication and lack of welcoming attitude

I booked just for one night unfortunately the receptionist were caused issues specifically the receptionist, was not be happy to help me and create issues that is still on.
Absolutely not recommended because unprofessionalism using a cold tone, interrupting, or displaying a lack of empathy, poor communication and lack of welcoming attitude.

Hanno il parcheggio interno molto stretto e soprattutto 15€ al giorno un po' eccessivo la colazione molto minima

Albergo comodo per muoversi verso la fiera o verso il centro
Pros:

Logisticamente comodo per raggiungere la fiera o il centro. Le camere sembrano nuove e ben curate, disponibilità di parcheggio ma a richiesta.

Cons:

Non è stato facile coordinarsi per il parcheggio con le persone dello staff, se prenotate tramite booking consiglio vivamente di telefonare perchè non è certo che ci sia disponibilità di parcheggio interno. Camere piccole ma sicuramente è legato al posizionamento dell'albergo. Colazione basica.
Consigliato l'uso del taxi per muoversi per evitare problemi di parcheggio.

Inaspettato!
Pros:

Intanto l'accoglienza.
Assunta e' stata gentilissima e professionale.
La stanza molto grande, e anche il bagno.
Tutto molto nuovo.
Ottima la colazione, tanta scelta.
Quello che completa il tutto e' il parcheggio e la vicinanza al centro.
Abbiamo parcheggiato e ripreso l'auto alla ripartenza, tutto a piedi..vicinissimo.
Lo consiglio vivamente, e ci ritorneremo la prox volta a Genova.

Colazione stringata, prodotti scadenti, buoni per gli stranieri, di cui l'hotel abbonda.
Servizio toilette altrettanto risicato.
