Prima hotel alleen een beetje duur
Pros:

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf van twee nachtjes tijdens ons oud en nieuw-feestje in de buurt. De bedden lagen comfortabel, de badkamer was prima en er was gratis parkeergelegenheid, wat voor ons een groot pluspunt was. Ook hebben we heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant.

Cons:

Wel vonden wij het verblijf aan de prijzige kant voor wat je krijgt, waarschijnlijk mede vanwege de datum (31 december – 2 januari). Ook het eten in het restaurant vonden we vrij duur. Daarnaast wilden we graag Netflix kijken op de tv op de kamer, maar dit leek niet mogelijk zonder een HDMI-kabel. Nadat we er een hadden gehaald bij de dichtbijzijnde Action, konden we de tv nog steeds niet instellen om de HDMI-kabel te gebruiken in plaats van de gewone tv, wat erg frustrerend was.
Verder hadden we het fijn gevonden als er een afdakje of overkapping bij of in de buurt van de ingang was geweest om te kunnen roken. Het regende tijdens ons gehele verblijf, dus een droge plek hiervoor was erg welkom geweest.
Tot slot is de ligging van het hotel wat minder praktisch: alles ligt op relatief grote afstand. Het centrum is alleen goed bereikbaar met de bus, en de dichtstbijzijnde bushalte is zo’n tien minuten lopen, mede door wegwerkzaamheden bij het hotel. Zonder deze omstandigheden is het wellicht iets beter te doen.

Ontbijt mag meer aan gedaan worden.....
Pros:

Hotel kamer was prima netjes en schoon soms wel een nare rioollucht.

Cons:

Ontbijt was van 7.00-10.30 uur. Wij kwamen om 8.30 uur en er was niets meer te eten. Ik vroeg aan de meneer die aanwezig was of er nog aangevuld gaat worden en kreeg als antwoord nee.....er waren 6 gasten in het hotel en er is voor 8 personen klaargemaakt. Vanuit hoofdkantoor mag er niet teveel gemaakt worden. Dat er gasten zijn die meer eten kunnen wij niets aan doen. Er was geen brood, geen beleg. Wij hebben niet een ontbeten en zijn zo weg gelopen. Bij het uitchecken ook weer aangegeven hoop dat ze er wat mee doen.

Te weinig personeel en faciliteiten in het restaurant.
Personeel te weinig kennis/ervaring: gedoe met inchecken en plotseling stonder er mensen aan de deur die dezelfde kamer als wij hadden gekregen. Later konden we niet meer in onze kamer omdat onze pasjes waren geblokkeerd.

Er waren erg veel constant hinderlijke geluiden; wc's, airco's, douches en bovenburen.
