Run down property feeling unsafe, homeless in the street

Nice and clean

this hotel has minimum supplies.
but it's sufficient for me.

Stained towels, dust everywhere, no utensils for having food in the room, dirty bath and bathroom floor. Felt unsafe at night but the helpful and friendly staff assured me and assisted us when needed.
If you think you will be able to check in early, think twice, there’s an extra charge even though the room is ready and empty.

Rooms were not that clean, bed was hard, noisy area.

Convenient hotel for LAX. Older motel, neighborhood a little rough, but hotel was clean and room was nice. Staff super friendly.

The rooms are clean staff very helpful.
Restaurants and shops are near.
I would highly recommend this hotel

Really nice establishment. Honestly really pleased with the environment and staff is not rude. Make sure you don’t stay past 1130 if not they have a 25$ late fee other than that. Perfect for the traveling couple or just visiting family. Close to the airport.

Room was clean but how a stale smell, walls are thins, mattress, pillows should be replaced. Overall it was ok, for the price it’s well worth it for short trips and traveling on a budget.

Convenient location to LAX airport, and SoFi stadium. Good burger spot right across the street.

Very clean and comfortable

Door keys did not work, Fire Alarm went off multiple times.

This was a quiet stay. At first my room was next to a noisy guest but the front desk kindly switched my room. The room was simple and clean. Really appreciated the microwave and fridge. Parking was convenient.

I wasn’t sure about booking this hotel but the pictures didn’t look bad and it was rated as an eight. After we got to out room, I really don’t understand how this hotel has earned an eight. The pictures on the site must be old. The bathroom was in need of repairs to the walls and the wall of the shower needed replacing. The first room we were given had a leaky AC unit that leaked on the floor and went to the bed within five minutes of turning it on. We went back to the desk and got a new room, which was a little better but still not an eight. The bed only had two small pillows, plain white sheets, and was not very comfortable. Looking out the window. I could see a roof just below us that had alcohol bottles and crack pipes left on it. The windows were thin and did not keep any of the outside sounds down. We heard sirens all night. The lady at the desk was nice and polite. The vending machine near the entrance was broken. The only ice machine was on the third floor and there was an additional fee for parking. One of the towels in the first room had brown spots on it. Additionally, the only towels we were given were too very thin towels that didn’t even wrap around me. I’m not an over I’m not overweight. I wish I would’ve brought my own towels.This place was doable for a quick one night stay but not a place to stay if you want a comfortable vacation. This is a two or three star hotel, not an eight.

Staff wasn’t the best

Needed more towels. Chairs need cleaning. Had to pay for handicap parking.

Unique place to stay, close to sofi.

Its a great spot to stay if your here for an event at Sofi or Intuit!
