Homewood Suites by Hilton Anchorage

Kayla greeted us at the front desk when we walked in. She was ever helpful and did a fantastic job getting us checked in. She also recommended places to eat at. Thank you, Kayla!

Had an awesome weekend very relaxing got away from the daily grind felt like I was in another city. Customer service was on point. Love the location. Without a doubt it will be back and stay there again.

What a pleasant hotel stay, I must say. All the staff was friendly and very accommodating. My room was very clean and smelled good. Upon checking out I actually got the pleasure of meeting the Assistant General Manager KJ. He asked about my stay, making sure I was satisfied and he even helped me with my luggage to my car. Thank you Homewood Suites-Anchorage. And high five to Manager KJ for closing the deal on a most comfortable stay. I will be back.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was great. Employees were polite and so helpful. Even the General Manager KJ helped me with my luggage because I am an elderly lady and I was struggling. He was so kind and invited me to a Wednesday Social. Thanks KJ, it's the little things that make a stay most memorable. I will definitely be back.

Kayla absolutely made my stay amazing and made me a loyal patron of Homewood suites going forward. Her customer service was pure excellence. She is a consummate professional, kind, efficient, and an asset to this company. My room was beautiful and my stay was perfect. Breakfast, swimming pool and spa

Our stay at this Hilton was extremely disappointing. While staying on the property, our car was broken into directly in front of the door, which was stressful and upsetting on its own. What made the situation far worse was the complete lack of support or concern from the hotel staff. When asked for camera footage we were dismissed with “we couldn't see anything” instead of just sending that info to the police like we asked.

When we reported the incident, the staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no assistance, no guidance, and no empathy. In fact, front desk staff had the gall to ask us “why we had anything valuable in our vehicle” Since our stay, we have reached out multiple times via email/text to follow up and express our concerns. We have received no responses, no real apology, and no acknowledgment whatsoever.

For a brand like Hilton, this level of indifference is unacceptable. Safety and guest care should be a priority, and in this case, neither was demonstrated. The lack of communication afterward only reinforces how little this property seems to care about its guests once something goes wrong.

I would strongly caution others against staying here, especially if you value security, accountability, and basic customer service.

Terrible experience. The roof leaks, the heater fan blew very loudly all night with COLD air. The apartment was dirty and smelled so bad with cleaners that it gave us headaches. They knew there was a problem with the room and still rented it to us and then spent the whole day switching us to a different, less nice room.
