Really safe!
Hello, I liked and loved the customer service from Gloria. She was exceptional. She went above and beyond the call of duty for customer service. The rooms were clean. The pool was clean with an abundance of towels. We would highly recommend this establishment for people to come to a whole place was clean everywhere we walk.It was clean.Nothing to have to clean up after totally great. And the fact that you got a discount at black bear diner for staying at your place comma that is something you should tell everyone when they check in. Unfortunately I attended a soccer game of my granddaughters , and I didn't take any pictures. But I promise you I stayed there and I promise you that I had a wonderful time and next time I go to this establishment I will definitely take pictures because it was wonderful.
The only thing that I recommend at this amazing place is we had a problem with our remote in our room to the t v. Flag, the Gloria came through like a champ.And when he found the right remote, that goes to television.But at first before that , we went to her and got batteries , and I kept trying to make it work , and it didn't , but gloria took care of the problem for us. And the only other thing I could recommend is that when people are checking in to be told that if you go to black bear diner you get a discount that besides that everything else is amazing.

Breakfast was decent - appreciate the hot food and coffee. It met expectations based on the cost and area.
The property is a bit old - but the beds were comfy, very clean bathrooms, pool area was small but fine since we were the only ones there, and lots of towels which is always appreciated!

Room cleaning service - for stay more than 2 days should have provision for a turn down service every 3 days.
Room cleanliness, cold AC, quiet room, lots of pets around the premises. The city of Danville was very quiet on the 4th of July so me and my pupper were able to actually get a night's sleep!
Proximity to the freeway on one side of the hotel. But if you cross the street opposite the freeway, it's literally like another world--there's a walking trail and lots of greenery and a beautiful residential neighborhood where my pepper and I took a lovely early morning walk.
The room was great. Glad it had AC!
I was put in a connecting room and the walls are very thin - I could hear everything going on in a stranger's room and it was a bit uncomfortable :(

Breakfast was excellent and a light snack was offered in the evenings in the lobby. Staff was excellent. Room was very clean and practical.
It is a two story building and the stairs with luggage were awkward. The interior hallway smelled musty.
Close to freeway and to where we were visiting
Air conditioning was hard to figure out and really noisy. Breakfast was only average.
