Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel with helpful staff and great facilities.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and luxurious. Very good facilities. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

I arrived very late due to a flight delay and it was hard to get on because the intercom wasn’t working. I think the food, whilst delicious is quite pricey.

Pros:

I called the local phone number and was attended by a bot. I wanted to speak to a person working at the hotel to answer my questions regarding a prospective reservation. It took time to finally get a real person (I think). When I was finally transferred to a person it was obvious that she was not working at the hotel. She spent time looking on her computer to answer such simple questions such as "is breakfast included?", "what consists of a junior suite?". After being on hold for five more minutes, I asked her where she was located. She then hung up on me. After that introductory experience with the hotel, I have decided to look elsewhere.
