Pros:

The room was very clean, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
Laura welcomed us upon arrival, and she was incredibly kind. She prepared a baby cot for our child and even allowed us to check in before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated.
Everyone at the reception was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The hotel's location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of everything.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are a very light sleeper who needs complete silence, the room may be a little noisy at times because of people passing by outside.
