Cons:

Habitación matrimonial muy pequeña versus la que tenían mis hijos con dos camas . El TV de la pieza matrimonial chico, antiguo.
El baño deben modernizarlos , azules manchados , poco cuidado

Pros:

Очень отзывчивый персонал отеля, отдельное спасибо Артуро. Он был очень внимателен,приветлив,снабдил нас картой Мадрида и указал множество локаций, куда сходить и что посмотреть. Хороший завтрак,большой выбор блюд, есть кофе машина, кофе был вкусный. В ванной комнате были зубные щетки, зубная паста и гигиенические мелочи. Отличное расположение отеля. Если планируете быть в Мадриде несколько дней, то для изучения города этот отель очень подходит, рядом остановки автобусов да и просто самый центр. Такси от и до аэропорта примерно 30 евро, если вы налегке ,без багажа, то можно в аэропорту из Терминала 1 воспользоваться автобусом 203 до центра и немного пройти до отеля.

Cons:

Неудобная раковина в ванной, даже если просто умываешься, воды на полу остается довольно много. В ванной отсутствует вытяжка. В номере есть холодильник, но он очень плохо работал, нам пришлось просить убрать продукты в холодильник отеля. Под кроватью была пыль. Тапочек и халатов в номере не было. При входе в отель нет пандуса, но есть несколько ступенек.

Excellent as always
Pros:

The location is just perfect, on the edge of both grand Madrid and the more quirky streets and cafes of Barrio Las Letras. It feels very safe but also there’s everything to find there. Small stores for provisions, street restaurants, lovely plazas everywhere around.
Staff are very kind and helpful. My 4th stay here and I’ll return.

Cons:

The only thing I miss in this hotel is a bar/restaurant/lounge where a solo traveller can be among others. But there are so many other places around to do that, that it won’t stop me returning again and again.

Erinomainen sijainti kaupunkireissulle.
Pros:

Erinomainen sijainti suoraan kaupungin keskustassa. Tästä oli helppo kulkea eri nähtävyyksiin ja kaikki oli suhteellisen lähellä. Kaikki toimi moitteettomasti vierailun aikana.
