Wifi was very slow and room was not clean when I arrived (had to wipe down the bedside table as it had smears of something on it), also drains of both the shower and sink were stopped up.

No Television. We were told by night staff that we would receive a discount because the TV was hooked up properly and we could not get any stations on it. The morning staff said she would give no discount for not having a TV

Why were there only green bananas for fruit? Maybe some apples? Would have liked a waffle maker. At breakfast one of the coffee makers was almost empty. I heard the staff person say "we are waiting for the truck to come in". Bathrooms were extremely neat and clean.

See above. Also, there were two steps down from parking area to front lobby doors. One of the steps was the wrong height and I almost tripped coming down. They are not up to code. Then my sister-in-law tripped going up. This is the Midlothian Virginia express.

Never stayed in a hotel with no heat
The room temp never got above 60. Slept wearing sweat pants and a hoodie over my head. Woke up 2am suffering mild hypothermia. No one there seem to care. All this for $230
