Ens vam quedar penjats a la ciutat perquè els trens no funcionaven i l'Andrea ens va rebre de forma molt agradable i servicial, i ens va ajudar molt enfront la situació. Les habitacions estan genial i son molt confortables. L'esmorzar és espectacular.

We liked everything! The staff was outstanding. The room was surprisingly very updated. The breakfast was wonderful. The communication before the stay was very helpful. For someone who rarely rates their stay, I felt I had to rate this hotel highly!

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. We loved it! The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful and the AC was nice and cool.

Cons:

The bed was too firm for our liking. It was like sleeping on a board.

Agréablement surpris!
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que le personnel parle français. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné. Les installations de la chambre sont très pratiques. Le déjeuner (inclus!) est varié et délicieux.

Cons:

Sans avoir été un problème l'insonorisation n'est pas au top.

Un Palais moderne au cœur des mosaïques

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful rooms with wonderful staff. We even got to check in early. The breakfast was outstanding with amazing options to choose from including mimosas. We had transportation to our cruise effortlessly and on time! The communication before our stay to help us plan our visit was fantastic 🤗
