We would stay here again, great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel, the gym facilities were not very good, fab breakfast, good bikes for exploring

Cons:

Disappointed with gym, one yoga mat!

The best hotel experience one might experience.
Pros:

evening appetizer and drinks were most welcome. Best part was the nice welcome and front desk staff.

Fabulous stay near the cruisport. With shuttle
Pros:

The property was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would come back to visit this establishment. They were fabulous when bad thing to be said good morning breakfast just spread unimaginable. Thank you for such a fabulous stay. Ferreira & Cullen family

Top Adresse um die Altstadt zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage ist top zur Altstadt. Unser Hund bekam sogar ein Geschenk und ein Hundebett gestellt. Die Betten waren bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Gracious hotel conveniently located to transit and all the sites
Pros:

The Palazzo Bezzi Hotel is a great choice. Super convenient, walking distance to the train station but quiet, safe and comfortable, and a 5 to 15 minute walk to all the UNESCO sites of Ravenna. The hotel is spotless, nicely appointed, and gracious. On site spa treatment and wellness space melted the travel aches away. Robust breakfast spread has a great range of sweet and savory, and an excellent barista for delicious coffee too.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to leave !

Sehr persönliche Begrüßung mit einem handgeschriebenen Brief.
Wir wurden gleich im Zimmer angerufen als ein Parkplatz vor der Tür frei geworden war.

Really comfortable quiet hotel, within a short walk of all the beautiful things Ravenna has to offer
Pros:

Perfect location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, parking right on the street outside (though we were maybe lucky), quiet rooms, and great breakfast.

Cons:

We stayed on two separate occasions, the first room, with the round bed, was lovely with a view of the tower, but the mattress itself was not especially comfortable. The second time we stayed we had a standard king, and it was a dream!

Comfortable with great breakfast

Enjoyed our stay here, the room was very comfortable, great breakfast selection with the ability to order fresh items made to order. Staff were also great, provided updated port shuttle times and town recommendations.
