Great Ravenna Hotel
Pros:

Very well located lovely, small hotel situated in a central but quiet part of this small city, a ten minute walk from the railway station. Our room was a good size and extremely comfortable (very good bed!) and breakfast was excellent - we loved the garden room - with a good choice of food and drink and very attentive staff. Particularly notable were the reception staff who could not have been more helpful and friendly, from arranging restaurant bookings to having bus tickets available for us to use on our excursions out of the centre. Frankly they merit an 11/10 rating, and we really loved chatting to them!! Spa facilities are available although we didn't get around to using them.
We strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who prefers to stay in smaller, very friendly establishments.

Un hotel accogliente, elegante e raffinato a pochi passi dal centro e di fianco a Sant' Apollinare nuovo. Personale molto gentile, cortese e professionale e sempre con un bel sorriso! Camera grande (letto rotondo!) e silenziosa. Colazione top. Torneremo di sicuro :-)

Pros:

Di questo hotel ci è piaciuto tutto. La pulizia eccellente, la camera molto bella e confortevole, colazione eccezionale, posizione ottima e per finire staff molto disponibile, preparato e gentilissimo.

Pros:

Das Wohl der Gäste liegt von Anfang an am Herzen. Bereits vor der Ankunft erhält man Informationen zu Anreise, Parken und Reservierung von Eintrittskarten und Restaurants. Bei der Ankunft steht noch beim Aussteigen jemand bereit, der einem das Gepäck abnimmt. Anmeldeformulare sind bereits ausgefüllt.

Das Personal ist ausnahmslos vielsprachig, kompetent, sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist grandios. Fußentfernung zum Zentrum, Sehenswürdigkeiten (San´t Apollinare Nuovo ist direkt nebenan) und den meisten Restaurants und Bars.

Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ravenna.
Pros:

This is a small, quiet hotel very well-situated on the Via Roma. The staff are charming and responsive, no matter what the time of day. The rooms are immaculate and extremely quiet at the rear of the hotel. The bathrooms have the usual downsides of any hotel, with no shelf for creams and cosmetics and no rail under the sink for a towel. The shower was simple to use. The breakfasts were the best that I have ever had in Italy, every bit as good as in Germany! I would recommend it unreservedly.

Perfect!
Pros:

Eigenlijk alles mooi aan dit hotel, je loopt zo het centrum in, maar is toch rustig gelegen. Parkeren kan op straat, hotel regelt het ticket voor je. Ontbijt, heerlijk! Bedden goed, douche goed, hoge plafonds, hoge ramen, fijne sfeer.

Ottima accoglienza, tutti gentilissimi e hanno fatto felice il nostro cagnolino con il kit di benvenuto con gioco, salviette, ecc. Ottimo servizio,pulizia, spa piccola ma riservata per una coppia alla volta quindi davvero meravigliosa come esperienza! Centro vicino con locali per la sera (consigliati da loro, turni buoni) consigliatissimo
