The staff could not do enough, the room was elegant and large and the breakfast was superb. Definitely the best Hotel in Ravenna

Enjoyable stay close to the heart of the city
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in a great location for seeing the sites of Ravenna. We could walk to see the mosaics and Dante’s tomb. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast included with a wide choice on the buffet.

Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Location was great. About a five minute taxi ride from train station. About ten minute walk to historic center. Rooms were quiet , air conditioned, of good size and equipped with mini fridge and coffee station. Spa and small fitness center were also on premises. Breakfast amenities were extensive and included a variety of both hot and cold items catering to differing palates and dietary needs. Staff members were exceptionally attentive to every detail, offering concierge services for attractions, dining and transfers to cruise terminals.

Freundlicher Empfang! Die Lage. Die Sauberkeit. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ich hatte mir für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet. Wir hatten ein Delux Doppelzimmer.

Great place to stay prior to taking a cruise out of Ravenna.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to town and basilica. Valet came right out to take our luggage up to the room and service at front desk was exceptional. The amenities were surprisingly good including a nice spa. Breakfast was very enjoyable in their glass garden room.
