Das wir eine Garage mieten konnten. Ansonsten war alles super.

Cons:

Das unsere Zimmerkarte bei der Ankunft ins Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Wir mussten wieder runter zur Rezeption gehen und sie aktivieren. Nach dem Ckeck-Out, wollte das Garagentor sich nicht mehr öffnen lassen, als wir die Zimmerkarte schon in die Box eingeworfen hatten. Beim Frühstück gab es eine Warterei auf Wasser, Brot, Konfitüre war leer und Besteck am Tisch fehlte zum Teil. Die Frühstücksteller als kleiner Rechteck dürften ruhig ein wenig grösser sein😉

Le principal problème concernait vraiment le petit-déjeuner. J’ai séjourné trois nuits, donc j’ai eu droit à trois petits-déjeuners, et à chaque fois c’était la même chose : pas assez de personnel, aucune organisation, et on aurait dit un manque total d’expérience en hôtellerie-restauration. L’équipe semblait démotivée et sans réelle envie de travailler.
Par exemple, chaque matin les œufs venaient à manquer, et c’était à moi — ainsi qu’à d’autres clients — d’aller en cuisine pour demander d’en refaire. Résultat : une attente de 20 à 25 minutes.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est bien situé. La chambre et la salle de douche étaient propres. Le personnel accueillant en particulier au petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner complet et très varié.
Nous remercions l'ensemble de l'équipe hôtelière.

Cons:

Le canapé lit n'était pas très confortable pour les enfants.
Quand c'est une famille peut être ajouter quelques verres en carton et une boite de mouchoirs serait la bienvenue.
