Close to HCA, comfort, clean
All was well
Convenient location to major Hwy, gas station (Shell) right next door, patio gas grill for guests to use out by the pool, washer and dryer on first floor for guests, workout facilities, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Breakfast was good but could have been a few more options, but overall it was good.
The front desk clerk was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Check in was fast. The only thing I did not like, she announced our room number out loud and many people were around. I stay in many hotels and I never had a clerk do this. For safety reasons, a clerk should point to the number on the card and not say it out loud for everyone to hear. The room was clean, pillows are not comfortable, bed was ok and the room stayed cold. There was the usual normal wear and tear on furniture and shower. We didn’t eat breakfast because not much to choose from, but the coffee was good. We had a great stay. Oh and many restaurants close by and a HEB.

Air conditioning was broken we had to move to a new room there was a big roach in the room we were moved to as well front desk staff was rude
The staff especially "T" went above and beyond for us! We were there for a baseball tournament and was always greeted and was always asked if we needed anything.
Location
No breakfast was set up at designated time. Pool was not open and that was not disclosed at time of booking nor upon paying at arrival. When checking in I was changed rooms because my room was no longer available. No manager on site to discuss my concerns with.
