Great place
Pros:

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Clean room and comfortable bed. Only. Problem was the TV remote did not work so had to change channels manually and I come here when I need a break from fighting cancer and I don't have good luck with the TV remote every time.
Love that they accept animals. Other places around are stuffy and Will NOT budge for pets. Like it here very much.

Cons:

TV remotes . Mine have never worked and I like to watch TV at night before bed but have to keep getting up to change the channel. Not the battery the remotes are old.

Roaches and nothing works
Pros:

Convenient location, but not worth the high price. Water fountains, water bottle machines were inoperable. Killed a roach in my bathroom. TV power cord missing. Fitness center was sparse, and what was there was broken. Overall, not at all worth the $200 per night price.

The room was great, the staff could be improved.
Pros:

The room was good and the best was great. We had a double bed.

Cons:

Staff want always at their stations, breakfast was ok at best. First floor had a ceiling leak, so the floor was wet in that area.
