Location
For breakfast we had to go different locations as they renovating also didn’t like the old building smells
The parking was well lit and very convenient. The room was clean and pretty large with a king size bed and a chair. The TV was large and had basic cable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The room was on the second floor. I would prefer first floor, but it wasn't a big issue. I would also like a coffee machine in the room. They offer free coffee in the lobby, but it would be more convenient if they had Keurig machines in the room. Also, there is no free breakfast anymore since covid, so it should be removed as an amenity.
There wasn't any
Everything
They had no breakfast available at this location, but they did send us to a sister location that did have breakfast. The room was dirty and there wasn't enough towels or toiletries for 3 people. There was also a lot of noise at night. We could hear the room next use the bathroom. On the other hand, the beds were comfortable, but would never come here again.

Nothing
That there were blood stains on the walls in common areas. Our room was dirty.
Metal bars from the bed frame were sticking out the side of the bed. TV remote barely worked and the TV was very slow to respond to changing channels. Breakfast was not included, though it says it is on the website.
The motel canceled the reservation as I told them to. Reason: the room you contracted with them for was NOT what I reserved with you and NOT what you confirmed with me I was to have!
What could have been better? You could have given Super 8 the correct information, that's what. You sent me confirmation in writing specifying that I was to have a room with 2 Queen beds. This would have accommodated my family so that we could attend a funeral the next morning. Super 8 told me that instead you had reserved for me with them a room with a King bed and a Jacuzzi. The family members are not married to each other and would have been very uncomfortable sharing a bed, that is why I reserved 2 Queens. The Super 8 was completely booked and did not have another room they could give me. Every motel we then called (by then it was 11 p.m.) in the county, and even into the next nearest county was full. I am entitled to a refund, as the reservation was made through you and the fault was yours. I expect you to follow through promptly. I already filed a complaint with you on Saturday June 13
Quiet. Good sleep at nights.
No break first.
Not much ! It was a place to sleep for the night.
I was a single older female traveling alone. My room was around the back of the building where lots of semi trucks and other worker trucks were parked. No coffee maker, the sink in the bathroom had NO drains. I had to stuff a wash cloth in it to use it. And I definitely didn’t want to use it shower. The tv remote didn’t have the back to it, so the batteries keep falling out, and hope I won’t be charged the extra $50.00 they asked for (incase any damage is done) at the time of check in. The coffee was located in the lobby, and had NO covers for it, so you had to walk(drive) back to the room and hope you didn’t spill any of it on your way back. Which I did and so did another person. The front desk person was as friendly as a honey badger with out honey. There was no feeling of being welcomed, no smile or greeting at check in or check out. To sum it up. I got what I paid for and I would never stay at another Super 8 again. I generally thought the place was “Skeezy”, and did not feel totally safe there and couldn’t wait to leave.
The entire place was a health hazard filled with pot smoke so thi k it causes you to gag. People were smoking in so many rooms it smelled so bad of Marijuana and the same people were loud, hanging out in the parking lot late at night and garbage was littered in the halls. It was dangerous.
The front desk never checked me out because she was sleeping on the job. Food was never provided and soda was left all over the breakfast area. Disgusting.
Not clean bug found on bed in one room
No breakfast offered at hotel even though it stated free breakfast at hotel
Location was the only thing that worked for this place. It was close to a convenience store/ coffee shop. Otherwise nothing else.
The room had a weird odor to it. The bedding wasn’t clean with leftover crunchy crumbs found throughout the comforter. The sheets, blanket, and mattress topper were VERY THIN and asking for extra wasn’t an option from the front desk even when telling them how it made for a restless night. The advertisement about having free breakfast was a lie. This location hasn’t had free breakfast since 2025 and has indefinitely closed off that service. The final straw was the mini fridge. Upon trying to use it, there were orange stains of what seemed like juice or some sort of jelly that had been there for a while! I just flat out refueled to be in that room
Nicely designed room and mostly clean with some buildup of crud in bathroom corners and dusty floor. Air conditioner worked. Great location.
No breakfast though it said it was included in the listing. No elevator to second floor rooms with heavy luggage. Noisy room in a.m. near exit door.
No hot water, tv didn’t work staff not quick to help
I didnt like that I didnt get my deposit back because the staff at front desk failed to charge me a deposit fee and the pos system was down ...
