El mejor personal, excelente atención!
Pros:

El personal es súper amable y cariñosos, hotel acogedor y tranquilo, la habitación es limpia y cómoda, un plus que se puede sincronizar tu móvil con la TV para ver streaming. Fuimos a un concierto y se va caminando al Adidas Arena, al frente hay un Aldi. El desayuno está muy rico hay saldo y dulce a elegir, otro plus es la máquina de zumo de naranja natural.

Small and basic but a comfortable base
Pros:

Staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms had all basic amenities. Aircon was great during higher temp retired.

Cons:

Although it housed all the basics, the room was very cramped. Shower was hard to negotiate. Lift was absolutely tiny so not really functional. Breakfast was poor with not much replenishment despite quiet breakfast room. Walls were thing which although was not a problem during our stay, I imagine might be an issue for some guests.

L'amabilité du personnel, le confort des couchages, la proximité avec les transports en commun

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre au 5eme qui donnait sur la rue . De ce fait, elle était bruyante. Une meilleure isolation sonore des fenêtres serait bienvenue.

Das das Personal sehr freundlich war auch gut mit uns in Englisch gesprochen hat.

Cons:

Die Menschen Ausserhalb war am Anfang eher gewöhnungsbedürftig und am Abend ein wenig komisch.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Schone kamers met een smart TV. Het ontbijt is erg lekker, vooral het verse sinaasappelsap.

Cons:

Onze airco lekte, waardoor het tapijt nat werd. Uiteindelijk hebben we de vuilnisbak onder de airco gezet om het water op te vangen, dat hielp, maar was onhandig.

Struttura in buona posizione vicino alla metropolitana, anche se il quartiere non è il massimo. Colazione a buffet buona e molto variegata, personale attento e gentile

Ho trovato scarsa pulizia nella camera, soprattutto nella giornata successiva al nostro arrivo, in cui è stato rifatto solo il letto, ma il bagno era pieno di capelli a terra
