Location and the surrounding environment, excellent. It's proximity to the beach, the shopping centre and restaurant, also deserves a recommendation.
The sofa bed provided for my child was absolutely disappointing
A hotel of any grade should provide at the bare minimum a fridge, this is not so with ibis style hotel which makes it hard to fathom
The bathtub is situated too high, can post a danger of falling for a child and some adult.
Parking charge is criminal, as a customer i should be able to park for free or hide the charge into the hotel bill, not additional. You might ask, what about the non driving customer? Apply a discount at the point of booking.
Everything was exceptional! The personal, the beds, the room, the lounge, the breakfast... Definitely will visit again!
The room was clean and adequate.
Booked a superior double room. The room was small and had two single beds pushed together. Not a double bed. Disappointed.
The room was spacious and comfortable
The breakfast was diabolical.
No swimming pool as advertised
No easy access for disabled/pram, no way to call reception for help with the stair lift
Staff are slow and not exactly welcoming. Zero enthusiasm.
They didn't have to swimming pool open and there was no dinner only breakfast
This hotel was ok the location was ok, the bed was quite big in the room we booked which was a supior room
Dangerous Bathroom Hazard: The bath/shower has very high sides. I slipped while getting out, and when I grabbed the wall rail for support, it ripped right off—it is cheap, clip-on plastic made to look like metal, not an actual secure safety fixture. I ended up with severe bruising on my forehead, arm, leg, and foot.
Indifferent Service: When I reported the injury and the fake safety rail to reception, the staff member was completely unbothered, responding with a dismissive "ooh" rather than logging an incident report or offering help.
I did requested a bath/shower mat to be put in the bath, i understand places don't use these as there unhygienic but in my experience id rather have a bath/ shower mat inside the bath as I wouldn't of slipped as I was getting out the shower!
No Bath Mats: The hotel does not provide non-slip bath/shower mats inside the tub, making the high, slippery bath even more dangerous.
Unattended Bar: The hotel bar does not serve food and has a very limited drink menu. It was staffed by one person who kept disappearing, leaving guests waiting extended periods even after using the call buzzer.
Overpriced Parking: On-site parking was on the expensive side for what was provided.
We will not be staying here again as there are far better, safer options in the area.
camera spaziosa, posizione tutto sommato buona visto la vicinanza a 5 minuti ad un quartiere con negozi e ristoranti, zona intorno tranquilla anche la sera; un pò lontano sia dal centro che dal mare ma raggiungibili comunque a piedi in 15-20 minuti
parcheggio a pagamento , piscina chiusa, pochi servizi per il prezzo richiesto , agosto forse non il miglior periodo per visitare Bournemouth (molto caldo , molta gente, molto traffico)

Noisy air con even when off. One wall awaiting decoration. TV not working. During rain water was leaking from above onto the window ledge. Very noisy and then I discovered the main window would not open or close.
Loved the location and had a very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff. We will stay again..
Location is excellent, so close to the coast.
When we arrived we noticed both toilet rolls were dirty. I showed the photos to reception and they were quickly replaced, which was good that this was resolved straight away. Late in the evening, when we switched off the AC every few minutes the AC made a buzzing noise and after some time we flagged this up with reception and we were given a different room. Top marks for rectifying the issues quickly which made a big difference, it's just that It's a bad experience for a break away.
The bed was large and the linen and pillows were comfortable and plentiful. The interior was modern! The location is great! The overall aesthetic of the common areas was great!
The refurb is a simple refurb and the room and bathroom were lacking modern touches. They had painted over old ceilings to create the image of a new product. But in fact the bathrooms were pretty lacklustre and looked old. Old showers, albeit with great pressure! I dint think it warranted the price paid. But i appreciate its summer holidays in bournemouth! The reception staff also ledt very little to be desired and wete simply not interested!
