Friendly staff always ready to help with any enquiries and the room was very clean - we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return 😀
Easy to find, good parking. Breakfast was limited, but hot and cold options available. Hotel was clean and staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable as a female travelling alone.
No tv remote in the bedroom, although staff were very helpful and did try and find me another, to no avail. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever! 🙂
Booked a compact room, was pleased that it was actually a good size. Liked the decoration of the room and hotel in general too.
More milk, tea and coffee sachets to be added to the room when cleaning. We asked for more at the desk which were given but needed to do that a few times.
Staff moved us after an unsafe feeling room. Hotel itself is close to amenities nearby.
The first room we were given was some strange outhouse around the side of the building, when we arrived the windows were left wide open meaning anyone could have wandered in. Feeling unsafe being in this room, I had to inform the staff who did move us to another room actually inside the hotel.
Downside was this room was unclean, the carpet was very dirty and the bathroom a bit smelly. Also on the 2nd day our key stopped working so we had to go back downstairs to sort this out.

Bathroom was a little dated and the plug hole got jammed and would not empty water from bath, breakfast was just awful, although was included in price i would have not paid for that rate and got room only rate as was not worth the money,
