The property was good and room was so spacious. I had works room which was more than enough for 2 adults with 2 kids. The breakfast was also very good. They had pork sausage and when I asked for veg they brought few veg one too.
The WiFi is not good. If you have rooms within building then it’s good. Since I booked their works room and they are littlebit separate like 1 flat room so WiFi was not good.
Bed was comfortable
TV didn't work it took about 5 conversations with reception to get it sorted
Breakfast just poor
No outside area
Very tired rooms
It's clean, it has AC, large bathroom, good bed, pretty much all you need for a night or two. Has parking at decent £15 per night.
Door hinges seem to be busted (well, one of them was literally separated, other 2 still holding on partly), key card didn't work first time for some reason. I don't know why hotel allows random people gather at the entrance and talk loud all night.
The location was fairly close to beach
Our rooms were not ready and there was no water in the hotel when we arrived, and we did not get adjoining or rooms close enough since we were travelling with 3 kids under 10 years it was difficult to manage between 2 rooms that was away from each other . The second night they changed our room to closer . Still not ideal.
Nothing
The only reason we booked this hotel was because of its pool facility as said on the website. However when we asked the receptionist about the pool and why it wasn’t there they answered that it hasn’t been open since last year. If something was unavailable for that long why has it not been amended on their websites. The air conditioning in our room was not working at all. There was this ghastly smell, that would hog our room every time we would enter. The breakfast was absolutely horrendous, with no vegetarian option at all. It was said to be a breakfast buffet, with only a few dishes and a salad bar. It was said that the hotel was 10 minutes away for the beach which was a lie as it was around 20-30 minutes away instead. We were out one day at the beach and came back to the hotel to have a shower, only to find the shower and taps not working, as there had been a leak in the water tank. There was no text message or an email set out to notify us of this inconvenience at all. My children had to sit with their wet hairs for hours until it had finally come back. We ended our holiday with my children and I with fevers and sickness and our stomachs not having our moneys worth of breakfast because of how terrible and lacking it was. We would have spent 100 pounds less for whatever that was. Overall the experiences was completely appaling and absolutely terrible I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone in the near future it was an awful experience and not worthwhile at all.
Location
Constant issues, no water for days, fire alarm test going off at midnight
Reception staff and house keeper very great and friendly but the breakfast waiters very rude not polite at all not do there Job,breakfast very poor no choice like fried eggs or tomatoes or mushrooms and the food no testey very dry until no Manager to speak too when I ask to speak to the Manager,
Plus kids bed was sofa bed very poor Quality material wasn't comfortable but our bed great and comfortable.
Very Clean, ok location and very quiet.
Bed was comfy. Staff trying their best
Advertising photo suggested indoor swimming pool. I asked about it, just a plain “no”. Parking additional £15 a day, cameras and signs. Not run by hotel. Not welcoming. Central location? £8 taxis or a 30 min up hill walk from the town. Breakfast basic, no bacon. Items kept running out, clearly fresh as being cooked to replace. The staff. We’re doing their best, but I would imagine they were all new.
The location was the most enjoyable part. The ladies who helped at breakfast time were sweet.
Our room was small for a family of 4 including a cot. On arrival our room carpet was wet and there was no cot included even after requesting on booking and reminding via email (with response to confirm it woud be set up). The cot then provided was terrible and unsafe for a baby. Thankfully we were provided with a new one but that was around 11pm when kids were asleep, they were under staffed. The pull out bed was awful. The breakfast is average and a lot of the time you are waiting for more food to come out, and/or glasses, mugs etc. They offer a 24/7 WhatsApp chat (no phone in room) and I am still awaiting a reply 2 days on. There was no hot water for 2 nights which is not ideal after days at the beach and with small children. Our bathroom door did not close. The reception staff seemed to direct people to the sister hotel (Queens) a lot and note there is not swimming pool on site. You have to go to Queens Hotel and the reception staff quoted £15 pp for 2hrs so we did not bother. Very disappointing all round and not a 3*/4* as Booking.com implied.
Дуже чисто та затишно! Спуск до моря за рогом…
Нет є що не сподобалось, але маленького холодильника не вистачає. Чи то водичка чи морозиво треба покласти кудись…
Easy location to the beach and huge bedroom, staff were very friendly.
No iron in the room,
Location is good, a 10 minute walk to the beach front, parking is convenient onsite and not over priced
Room was very small, over priced for the room size, but I guess it is peak holiday season so that may have played a part, room was a little tired, hotel needs a makeover, example, water stains on ceiling in bar area from flat roof, breakfast was ok, not great, but ok..
Really close to the beach.
Couldn't get a proper shower as I could not get warm water. It would extremely hot or cold.
Also not a great breakfast. Scramble eggs were only white and not much choice.
Location was good for visiting friends. Shower worked well.
The hotel felt like it was due for refurbishment in the rooms. Staff were quite hard to find on arrival. Also, the previous guest had left clothing in my room.
Clean room with all amenities in good working condition, including AC, friendly and helpful staff, exceptional location, literally 7 mins walk to the beach.
I liked everything.
