Comfortable bed, friendly staff
Nothing, all good!
We liked this hotel, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room turned out to be a little studio with fridge, microwave and plenty of beds. It was probably ready for a refresh but overall a good stay for our money.
Veggie options at breakfast were a bit limited.
Was extremely easy to find and not far from the train station at all!
Staff were very friendly, check in was very fast and easy, so was checking out!
It was perhaps the comfiest bed and pillows I have ever experienced in a value hotel- way better than premier inn. Staff were extremely helpful and kind.
Location and friendly staff.
Dirty room - especially carpets. The bathroom ceiling started leaking from above through the lighting. Constant whirring and beeping from aircon unit - despite being turns off. No swimming pool access.

Paying to park £10 a night when we had already paid £150 for a 2 night stay, breakfast was very poor no cooked breakfast and dinning area was like a morgue, very disappointing, our second morning breakfast was even more limited not as much selection as first morning, and that was not good, car park was empty, very few people in the breakfast room so limited choice, which is unacceptable as we paid for breakfast
The location
The tap water was not working.. it was set to be only used to the degree they gauged it, so no cold water for 2 days. we had to use the black coffee cup for shower.
It was fixed on the 3rd day,our last day.
The room was so noisy from the outside as there was some building work going on.
The carpet was really dirty, you could see some big patches of stains.
Could see some hair in the bathroom from previous clients.
Poor room decoration
There is no room service ( cleaning) even though I left the sign outside the door.
Overall, I think that branch of Ibis could do better.

Chambre tres grande, grande salle de bain avec douche italienne, deux wc, lits immenses. Tout l'hotel a été renové avec gout. Nous etions dans une chambre familliale spacieuse isolée et silencieuse. Check In tardif ok. Petit dejeuner copieux et salle du petit dejeuner magnifique. Prises USB murales.
Super equipe et tres bon accueil. Hotel proche plage et centre ville. 10 minutes de marche maxi. Une seule fenetre un peu petite en sous sol.
Chasse d'eau en panne dans l'un des deux wc de la chambre, tapisserie décollée au niveau du lit 1 place, manque des brosses pour WC.

The hotel was exactly as described, there was a lovely lounging area where staff were more than happy to help with food deliveries.
The breakfast was lovely more than enough choice and staff on hand to keep everything topped up.
The shower was amazing, the bathroom was a generous size.
The bathroom light was on a sensor, as the room was a little smaller it made moving round akward as everytime you went near the door the very bright light, clicked on.
The carpark was very tight and not well maintained at all considering a £10 per day charge it was dissapointing.
Close to the town center
Windows not sealed so the wind was blowing through them. Heating not working so it was freezing. Doors didn't shut and NOT FIRE DOORS due to large gaps underneath so much so I could see people's feet from inside the room! Bed sheets dirty, carpets filthy. Other people's belongings still in the room! Wd skipped breakfast that we paid for and left at 6.30 am. We will never return.

No wardrobe in the room, too small for a family with 3 children, sofa bed very uncomfortable to sleep on, poor breakfast
