Not what i booked very disappointed
Pros:

The bed was great best night's sleep I've had in ages
View was good staff friendly and welcoming

Shower head holder broken

While we were there it was nice and friendly.
Pros:

Nice and big room and clean.

Cons:

The land lady was very helpful. We were going to a wedding and she tried her hardest to get us a taxi and she even offered to take us. So after all we could not get one so we had to drive. So we never stayed the night as we only lived half an hour away.

Verschrikkelijk.
Cons:

De ontvangst was wel ok maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Of we even wilden wachten want het slot moest worden vervangen. Oké, we namen even een drankje. De kamer bleek wel aardig, totdat ik op mijn bed ging zitten. Het matras bleek op een bedspiraal te liggen. Dus bij elke beweging die ik maakte kraakte het bed, in een woord verschrikkelijk. Maar daar bleven het niet bij. mijn reisgenoot, die in het andere bed sliep, had de kamerdeur van binnen afgesloten. Maar midden in de nacht, het was ongeveer twee uur, hoorde ik gestommel en stond er ineens een man in onze kamer. Dus ik riep nog slaperig in het Nederlands: “wat doet u hier!“. Waarop de man meteen de kamer verliet. We hadden dit hotel ook geboekt omdat het inclusief het ontbijt was. Dat bleek dus een continental breakfast te zijn, terwijl ik op een English breakfast had gerekend. Maar zelfs dat Continental breakfast bleek een verschrikking te zijn. Er lagen twee kleffe croissantjes van minstens twee dagen oud en chocolade croissantjes. Niet te eten. En daar was het ongeveer bij gezegd. Er was geen yoghurt, geen brood om te toasten, terwijl er wel een toaster stond. En geen koffie of thee. Een aanfluiting dus. En daar komt ineens een keurig geklede man binnen, de man die in onze kamer stond. Hij bleek dus onze kamer te hebben geboekt en daarvan ook de sleutel gekregen te hebben. Hij vertelde dat hij noodgedwongen samen met zijn partner in hun auto had moeten slapen. Hij belde de manager, die na ongeveer een kwartier kwam en even met de goede man een gesprek had en toen zonder wat tegen ons te zeggen of excuses aan te bieden, weer in haast het hotel verliet. Ik schrijf nooit reviews behalve wanneer ik een onderneming zo fantastisch vindt, zo service gericht en ook uitstekende kwaliteit levert. Maar dit kan ik niet over mijn kant laten gaan, het was te verschrikkelijk voor woorden.

Functional but would not return.
Pros:

Lots of character, good location.
Friendly people, food good for the price.

Cons:

Room was cold, slightly aged needs a spruce up.

Breakfast was extremely lacking, happy to have had a continental breakfast, but there was little to be had, and no one present to ask for extra. Eg. Toaster but no bread. No bananas, no alternative milk.

Fabulous, amazing, warm and welcoming with fantastic staff and great food.
Pros:

Beautiful pub with amazing warm and welcoming staff. Our room was extremely clean and a very comfortable bed, the shower was also excellent. The food was also excellent. This was our 3rd stay at the pub and we will definitely be returning, we love it there, it’s our favourite pub.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros:

Room big and spacious. Double bed comfy.

Cons:

Not ready when we arrived even though we arrived late. Single kids bed very noisy and not comfy. Breakfast pretty much non existent. No TV or Wi-Fi.
