Please note that for reservations under the condition "Pay at the property - no prepayment needed ", the total amount of the reservation must be paid at the check-in.

Instalaciones y servicio. Tranquilidad. Sin aglomeraciones.

Cons:

Reserva hamacas de la piscina desde las 7 am, sin usarlas hasta mucho tiempo después. Inaceptable.
El hotel tiene que vigilar este asunto obligatoriamente para que no suceda

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, mooi hotel, veel keuze uit soorten eten en zouden zeker terugkomen naar Portobay

Cons:

Dat er bij all inclusief niet 1 avond 'gratis' bij een aansluitend restaurant mag eten of nog 1 sportieve activiteit erbij zit. Je betaald in mijn mening een hoop geld.

Magnifique établissement, doté d’une végétation luxuriante et parfaitement entretenue. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et de grande qualité. L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines, dont une intérieure, ainsi que d’un bain à remous très agréable. Les chambres, comme l’ensemble de l’établissement, sont d’une propreté irréprochable, et la literie est vraiment au top. L’établissement est également plutôt bien situé.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : certains membres du personnel ne sont pas toujours très accueillants, notamment à la réception.
