Personeel is onwijs vriendelijk. Mooie kamer met genoeg handdoeken.

The receptionist was attentive.
This hotel was definitely not a good choice.
The price seemed good, but as soon as we arrived, everything was terrible.
It smelled of dust and mold. There was hair on the bed.
We asked to change rooms, even though it was an upgrade.
The second room was cleaner.
In the morning, when taking a shower, the steam triggered the fire alarm, which was extremely loud. Anyway...

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. In de bar kan je 's avonds nog een drankje nuttigen. Op loopafstand van het centrum met de café s en restaurants. Geen last van geluid.
Er kleine kamer, wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Het parkeren was niet optimaal. We moesten de autosleutel afgeven en als je de auto nodig had moest eerst een andere auto weg. Dit was niet optimaal.

This is an apartment building that at least has an elevator.
The place is very remote, the apartments are small, the lights go out at night, there may be a guesthouse with such apartments, but the price for such a place should be no more than 25 euros per night.
Locatie was super, praktisch in het centrum, overal dichtbij, nette ruime schone kamers en een fijn bed, leuk personeel. Ontbijt was lekker, van alles wat voor ieders wil
Kan even niks bedenken
Het personeel en charme van dit hotel gaan hand in hand, ik reis best wel wat voor mijn werk maar dit is een van mijn favoriete adressen waar ik altijd naar mijn verblijf uitkijk!
En ook samen met mijn vriendin heb ik hier al meerdere keren gelogeerd. In mijn ogen een van de beste accomodaties van Valkenburg ! Zeker een aanrader!
Ook met de kerst want er is prachtig versierd !
Als vegetariër ontzettend lekker gegeten
Marcel de kok en overige personeelsleden die ik gezien heb waren allemaal even sympathiek en behulpzaam en gezellig
De kamer was ontzettend schoon
kamer 10 was erg klein maar wel functioneel
Personeel super aardig, behulpzaam met het verstrekken van leuke tips en ideeën. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid, veel keus. Het hotel lag op 100 meter van de winkelstraat met alle restaurantjes. Ook de kamer was prima, had een eenpersoonskamer geboekt, maar kreeg een tweepersoonskamer. Beneden bij de trap kon je ook doorlopend thee en koffie pakken.
