Great hotel and location, but Air Conditioning isn’t authorized in March
Pros:

Very clean, good staff, easily accessible, excellent location.

Cons:

Has Central AC, so air conditioning is only usable during the summer and is on heating during March. They did not inform us of this, and we woke up to our room being 28C/83F. We could cool down our room by opening our window, which lacked a screen and let a couple bugs in. It also was hard to sleep with the window open due to nighttime celebrations until after midnight.

Better space than the Hilton's. More room for the suitcases.

MUY BUENA ESTANCIA
Pros:

La localización para salir a caminar es perfecta. El desayuno atiende muy bien, y la calidad/precio muy buena también.
La habitación esta super bien, aunque podría ser algo más clara.

Cons:

el aparcamiento es bastante malo de aparcar, pero entiendo que con las restricciones que tiene la ciudad, ya es bueno tener donde aparcar

Perfect location and staff, beds way too firm for some travelers.
Pros:

The location is perfect, the hotel facilities and staff are very good.

Cons:

The beds are extremely hard, making it hard to get a comfortable nights sleep. My wife and I have returned home with serious aches and pains. Some quality memory foam toppers would surely improve everything.

Comfortable but challenging to get to by car

Good breakfast and central location

Cons:

The parking - no one warns you that the road access to the hotel is incredibly narrow and very difficult to not scratch your car, which unfortunately happened to us. The video they provide makes it look easy but that was filmed on a motorbike! Avoid this hotel if you are specifically looking for somewhere central with parking unless you are extremely comfortable driving in very narrow streets.

Great location ambience and hospitality
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect.. walking distance to the cathedral and other places in the city Center.. and connectivity by bus to all other places. Lots of restaurants near by as well.
The staff was wonderful.. helped us with all our needs including assisting with booking cabs for our early morning alahambra visit.
The decor and ambience was wonderful as was the breakfast spread.
Would definitely stay here in my next visit to Granada
