Pros:

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y modernas, la alberca a pesar que estuvo el clima frio, la alberca climatizada permitió que pasaramos un rato agradable, el desayuno incluido de cortesia es buffet, aunque no tiene mucha variedad tiene lo necesario para un desayuno completo, el personal muy amable y accesible en todo momento. Regresariamos a hospedarnos sin duda

Que dentro del área de la alberca no hubiera baños y que el agua de las regaderas de esa misma área estuviera algo fria. todo lo demas excelente!

Confortable estancia.
Pros:

Habitación muy confortable, bien iluminada, muy limpia. Escritorio con lampara y enchufes ideal para trabajar. Sillón para descansar y buenas almohadas. El baño iluminado adecuadamente con las toallas necesaria- La amabilidad y buena atención del la persona quien recibía a los huéspedes en el área de desayuno. Excelente atención de la persona del estacionamiento a la hora que llegue (1:30 pm).

Cons:

Que la habitación no tenia radio solo reloj despertador, que no hubiera tollas faciales ni espejo de vanidad. La tardanza en obtener mi factura de hospedaje (que aun no recibo), la poca amabilidad del personal al hacer el check out. A mi llegada no me reconocieron como socio y no me ofrecieron ninguna cortesía (botana dulce / salada como en otros Holiday Inn.

Se solicitó revisar el aire acondicionado. No lo hicieron. No dormi bien, dado el calor que se sentia, en el cuarto. Reservamos con la finalidad de tener un buen descanso y no se logró.
