Great staff, location, amenities.
Pros:

I’ve previously stayed in this place and it is a good hotel in great location near shopping center and restaurants. It has its own small weigh room and pool. Plus breakfast included.

Cons:

I wish they would let me check in a little early even if I have to pay few pesos.

Pros:

Habitación amplia, cama cómoda, excelente limpieza. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

La ubicación. Está un poco retirado del centro histórico de Puebla, pero se puede llegar en Uber en 10- 15 minutos. También se puede llegar a Cholula en 15 minutos con Uber y es económico.
En la zona no vi movimiento de restaurantes, pero para eso se come en el centro histórico de Puebla. Conclusion aunque la ubicación es regular se puede manejar y esto se compensa con la tranquilidad de la zona y el confort del hotel.

La habitación muy limpia y cómoda.

Cons:

Que solo había un elevador funcionando.lo que hacia esperar turno más de lo normal para abordar.
En el desayuno no había salsa con más picante y no había tortillas o bolillo para acompañar el guiso. Quizá agregar algún antojito como quesadillas o sopes. Entiendo que es un hotel express y quizá por eso esté más limitado en la cantidad de guisos, solo es una sugerencia para satisfacer más al cliente. Pero fuera de eso todo muy bien.

El servicio del elevador que solo funcionaba 1 de 2, lo que hacía esperar más tiempo de lo normal.
En el desayuno hace falta poner alguna salsa con más picante y tortillas o algún pan para acompañar el guiso, o bolillito podría ser. Si se pudiera agregar algún antojito como sopes o quesadillas sería mejor. Entiendo que por ser un hotel express es más limitado Todo lo demás está muy bien.siempre he llegado ahí y volvería a llegar de nuevo. Solo son sugerencias para satisfacer a un más al cliente.
