The staff were nice but not engaging or offering help.
Pros:

It’s is a nice place, clean older but ok. Could have more decor in public space and the rooms.

Cons:

1 ice machine on the main floor and it broke so no ice for one day. But the lack of communication by posting a sign in Spanish and English would have been helpful. No list of neighborhood places to eat shop or drink. The property says a restaurant and bar. But that’s not true or explained.
