Pros:

The location was good. The staff were very kind. It’s a nice concept.

Cons:

I had some issues with the room at first: a connecting door, a lack of toilet paper, and no hand soap. I changed rooms. The temperature was also low. I believe this hotel needs some renovation. What really stands out are the people working there.

Perfekter Aufenthalt zu einem guten Preis!!
Pros:

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, das ausreichend groß war. Das Badezimmer inkl. Dusche ist geräumig und gemütlich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Stadt und vor der Tür ist eine S-Bahn- Anbindung.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es von Allem was dabei.
Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte:
Der Service, von der Rezeption bis zur Barbedienung, sind alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit!!
Mir hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen und ich komme 100%ig wieder!!

Das Zimmer befand sich in der 5 Etage, Dachgeschoss mit Dachschräge. Beim Eintreten war es dunkel, und sehr klein.
Auf Nachfrage haben wir kein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr laut, Straßenbahn.
Das Frühstück war absolut normal und nicht so fantastisch wie beschrieben. Am Sonntag waren um 9:00 Uhr die Brötchen und der Aufschnitt nicht mehr vorhanden. Nach vermehrter Nachfrage wurden Brötchen und Aufschnitt nachgelegt, das junge Team war stets bemüht. In Zukunft würde ich es mir als Gast wünschen nicht das Personal danach zu fragen ihren Job richtig zu machen. Außerdem war die Parksitutation nicht optimal, man musste auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken und Gebühren zahlen, dies ist ein Punkt der auch verbessert werden könnte, da es immer angenehmer ist einen Parkplatz vor Ort zu haben. In dem Zimmer befand sich ein sehr schlecht platzierter Türstopper, welchen man schlecht erkennen konnte und ich mir deshalb den Fuß etwas verletzt habe.

Yer konum çok güzel. Ama bir daha gelirsem kalmam kesinlikle
Pros:

Koridorda su sebilinin olması çok iyi, istediğiniz kadar içme suyu tüketebiliyorsunuz, odada Nespresso makinası olması çok iyi, hiç bir sabah kahvesiz kalmadık ve kahveye para vermedik. Duş ve banyo malzemeleri iyi güzel bir duş alabildik hergün.

Cons:

Yerler halıflex ve hijyenik değil. Odalar çok soğuk ve istesenizde ısıtamıyorsunuz merkezi bio klima diye bir sistem kurmuşlar çok kötü. Gardrop yok ve eşyalarınızı koyacak hiçbir yer yok sürekli valizin içinde eşyalarınız, odalarda ışık yetersiz akşam renkleri bile seçemiyorsunuz. Oda temizliğinizi 24 saat önceden resepsiyona haber vermeniz lazım ,sabah kapıya clean yazısını asmakla bitmiyor, öyle yaparsanız odanız ertesi gün temizleniyor .
