A relaxing stay, slept well
Pros:

Very friendly and relaxed staff. Relaxing decor. Quiet. Great bed. Nice bathroom products. I slept very well. Sparkling water taps on each floor.

Cons:

Near the train station area feels a bit sketchy at night. I had a balcony but seating left out in rain so couldn’t use balcony. The place has a dorm vibe, quite a few stains on furniture. Sink drained poorly.

Perfekte Lage für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden und Familien,
Pros:

Die Umbuchung vom Einzelbetten zu Doppelbetten war unkompliziert. Das Persolnal war sehr freundlich, äußerst hilfsbereit, recht höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Fitnessraum war klein, aber überschaubar. Die Wasserstation an jeder Etage war super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas staubig (Ablagen am Schreibtisch war nicht richtig sauber), aber vielleicht lag es daran, dass das Zimmer wahrscheinlich schon länger nicht bewohnt war.
Die Dichtung von der Duschtür war nicht mehr dicht, so dass beim Duschen der Boden sehr nass war.

Cons:

Das Bad - Die Badausstattung mit eckigem Waschbecken macht es schwer, dies sauber zu halten
Dusche als Komplettzelle wirkt billig, daher nicht passend zum echt guten Rest

Bei den Betten haben ich und auch meine Tochter uns mehrfach die Zehen gestoßen .. das tat gut weh

Hotel, Personal, Lage, Frühstück - alles top!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Trotzdem alles sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber, das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sollte es Fragen oder Probleme geben, das Personal kümmert sich umgehend und professionell darum. Es gibt ein tolles umfangreiches Frühstück im modernen Frühstücksbereich und ein nettes "Guten Morgen" von Martina hat mir gleich mal jeden Tag verschönert. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind viele gute Restaurants und Bars, auch die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz direkt vor der Tür. In jedem Gang gibt es einen Wasserspender mit gefiltertem Wasser. Und auch bezüglich Parken gibt es einige Parkhäuser in der Nähe (Charlottenstraße 72, oder auch das Parkhaus um die Ecke beim Premier Inn Hotel). Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt bei längerem Aufenthalt nicht jeden Tag (finde ich sehr positiv und auch nachhaltig), sondern an einem bestimmten Tag über den man auch rechtzeitig informiert wird. Sollte man tägliche Reinigung wünschen, wird das natürlich so gemacht.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts Negatives für mich zu berichten. Es wäre tatsächlich unfair, die Zimmerpreise während der EUROSHOP Messe zu kritisieren, da eine große Nachfrage natürlich auch dementsprechend die Preise beeinflusst. Preis Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung.
