Pros:

The customer service ladies that checked us in was great and pleasant to talk with.

Cons:

Bed sheets and pillow cases were filthy with what I would call nasty ear or slobbers . When we complained about it after walking to the front desk, the man said he would have the room cleaned. Came back to the room 6 hours later and the bed was made but the same nasty pillow was on the bed. I returned to the front desk and all they said was I am sorry and did not offer any restitution on this matter. Extremely disappointed!

Great accommodations, location, staff, and price!
Pros:

Excellent accommodations and price! Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Quiet place to get some sleep after traveling. Breakfast is included, and it was good. Definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel with Branson hospitality
Pros:

Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast and dessert each evening were really good as well. Location is close to Sight and Sound and a five minute or less drive to most Branson locations. Will stay again.

Pros:

Harley, desk manager, really easy to talk to. Evening has a dessert time that is quite convivial.

Cons:

SavannahHouse Hotel does not have free weights in the fitness facility. They need to put some barbells, and dumbells, not a lot b/c they do not have much space in that room.

Nice privately owned hotel
Pros:

Excellent customer service from all the staff, nice breakfast and nightly dessert bar, room was clean, beds were comfortable, our room was very quiet. Have stayed here many times and plan to return in the future.

Other than the ant incident I was very happy with our stay

I ended up getting a second room in the auxiliary building for my granddaughter for May 2/3 and when she woke up on Sunday morning there were ants all over her nightstand and in her bed. She informed housekeeping and they told her they were also in the room next to her. I was very upset with this and am requesting some kind of refund for the inconvenience of having to kill ants on her personal items.

Comfortable
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The evening ice-cream and cobbler were delicious. The parking lot could be a bit of a challenge for some as it is on an incline. The person at the front desk was not knowledgeable about the area restaurants or shopping. He made little eye contact, focusing more on his phone than the customer. Overall, it is a good hotel for the price.

Atmosphere of Savannah House makes it worth the stay. 3rd timer..
Pros:

I love the atmosphere here. Playing Christian music overwhelmingly affects the atmosphere. Peaceful and calm. Everyone is polite and friendly. The beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

No microwave in regular rooms. Although they have them in the suites. Will add however that the use of the microwave in the lobby was not a nuisance.

We have stayed at Savannah House many times and have enjoyed the staff, food, and location
Pros:

The breakfast and desserts were great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room smelled musty and the bathroom didn’t have a sufficient area to place toiletries. Also no toilet lid.
