It was good value for the money , enjoyed our stay.
No microwave in room for left overs!
the only person who was nice was the woman serving food at the breakfast area..
one of the front desk staff was not nice and she wasnt very flexible with time..
The room. The buffet breakfast. The robber and ice cream at night.
Nithing
Staff was so friendly and always helpful. They had all we needed and more. The location is off the main strip but close to everything. Traffic was never a problem.
Hate that we could not stay longer.
disappointed with customer service, woman on the front desk was not so friendly and flexible with time, asked if we could have at least 30minutes extension before we check out, and she completely refused and declined it while she was chomping on her ice..not very friendly and her customer service skills needs to be upgraded..
the person in the breakfast area deserves to have a raise and needs to be placed in the front desk..
she knows how to treat people well, very friendly and attentive..
she should probably teach the woman in the front desk how customer service is done..she is very friendly and efficient and you know that she genuinely cares about her job and the people around…
the room smelled a bit from the carpet like a sharp pungent smelling, musty and stuffy..
very aggressive banging on the door at 11 for checkout..
we couldnt even check in at 12 or 1 pm since the room was not ready..and they cant extend a 30minute late check out for 11:30..
i would say find somewhere else to stay..
if not for that nice woman at the breakfast area this place wouldnt be good..
price was good but the room smelled old and musty..there is parking in the hotel.
breakfast is good
My family of four adults stayed July 3-4th and this hotel was the best choice, especially for the price. Everything was clean, staff was great, especially the evening server for our delicious cobbler and ice cream desert and the morning staff with a wonderful full course breakfast! We were in a separate building, but it had its own hospitality room as well as a small lobby with comfortable seating and a library.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to find.
There were spots in the bathroom that looked like blood- I took a washcloth and cleaned some of the spots to see if they could be easily removed.
Breakfast was decent. Shower drain was very slow (took 10+ minutes for it to drain - I did tell staff when we checked out). A luggage rack would have been nice. Staff was friendly, including the cleaning crew. Location was good...didn't have to deal with traffic congestion and every place we wanted to go go was within a 10 to 15 minute drive.
We were placed in the 2nd building, and we felt that it wasn't as clean as the original building. There should have been a security camera of some sort in the stair wells.
Breakfast was a basic breakfast. I was glad that they came in and cleaned the room while we were out. Some hotels have stopped doing that daily since Covid. The evening snack was great.
Icecream toppings perhaps.
Location
Mattress was hard and lumpy. Old furniture. Bathtub was dirty. Not all the lights worked.
It old old and run down. I saw tiles that had come lose laying around on the floor
The bathroom was fairly clean. The property was old and tired looking
Dessert!
I have zero complaints.
