Not pleasant. We will not stay there again.
Pros:

There was not much to like this stay which was different from a prior stay at this location.

Cons:

Jacuzzi didn't work. Had to move rooms because there was no cold water, only hot water. Room key was not ready due to a system-wide outage. Breakfast was very poor.

Pros:

We were unable to use the breakfast voucher, so I do regret that, but it smelled delicious! I did get tom grab a coffee on the way out.

The only thing going for them is cleanliness

Cons:

We arrived, the elevator was broken.. the restaurant was closed, no breakfast was provided even though we paid for it. The pool was closed for maintenance, the ac barely worked in the room, the coffee maker did not work.

Overall will look for another hotel when I’m back in Temple.
Pros:

The proximity to the hospital.

Cons:

The staff could be more helpful. The water pressure, and the cleanliness of the bath tub. The fact that it was expensive and the indoor pool was out of order. If this was posted beforehand we would not have stayed at this location or the price could reflect on the amount of out of order signs.

I went to visit a friend and it was a great location. Staff was amazing and hotel was clean and welcoming. Will be back
Pros:

I had an issue with my water pressure in my room. Soon as I went to the front desk he apologized and got me into a new room.

Cons:

Nothing everything was great and staff was amazing
