I went to visit a friend and it was a great location. Staff was amazing and hotel was clean and welcoming. Will be back

I had an issue with my water pressure in my room. Soon as I went to the front desk he apologized and got me into a new room.

We were able to get a good nights rest, which is what really matters.
Pros:

It was convenient and comfortable. I was very thankful for the morning complementary coffee!!

The sheets on the bed were stained, which is not a huge deal, but for such a fancy hotel, I think they could do better.

Cons:

We have stayed here other times with no issues. This place is really getting rundown! The hot tub was inoperable. The side door was not locked, and the mechanism was broke so it was not able to lock. When we entered our room, I immediately saw food crumbs on the floor. The towel rack in the bathroom above the toilet was broken and hanging down. Although the breakfast worker Roberta was very sweet, we enjoyed talking with her. The staff was very nice. We probably will not be back.
