Clean room
I was disappointed that we constantly had to look for someone who was supposed to be at the front desk. There wasn't even a bell to ring for assistance.
What really shocked us was that, despite the extremely high room rate, breakfast was not included and was very expensive! I assumed that at such a price, breakfast would naturally be included, so I didn't even think to check. And to make matters worse, the breakfast selection was very limited.
We've stayed at hotels that cost three times less, where the rooms were only slightly smaller, but they offered a generous complimentary breakfast.
What really pushed me over the edge was the bottled water. There were bottles of water displayed near the entrance, but apparently, guests are only allowed one complimentary bottle at check-in. If you want another one, you have to pay $3 per bottle! That's especially ridiculous considering that an entire large case of bottled water costs about $3 at the store.
When a hotel charges such high rates, this kind of penny-pinching feels incredibly cheap and unpleasant. It really left a bad impression on us.

It was a Hilton garden so we assumed that it would be a nicer hotel especially with the higher price. The price also included breakfast. When we got there we were told it was a continental breakfast, $15 per person for Continental breakfast? The next morning we woke up and we were told they were not serving the breakfast. Jesus Christ already. The pillows had to be 100 years old because they were just trash. The air conditioner did not work well so all of the previous reviews about the air conditioning were true. They were doing some sort of construction on the building and there were electrical wires and parts left all over the place even when workers were finished for the day. It was not a good experience at all.
There was not much to like this stay which was different from a prior stay at this location.
Jacuzzi didn't work. Had to move rooms because there was no cold water, only hot water. Room key was not ready due to a system-wide outage. Breakfast was very poor.
We were unable to use the breakfast voucher, so I do regret that, but it smelled delicious! I did get tom grab a coffee on the way out.

Elevator was broken i was on the 4th floor, pool and spa wasn't open, Resturant was closed
The only thing going for them is cleanliness
We arrived, the elevator was broken.. the restaurant was closed, no breakfast was provided even though we paid for it. The pool was closed for maintenance, the ac barely worked in the room, the coffee maker did not work.

The pool was down the TV was going out you have to pay to park the bed was hard the phones didn't work the smoke alarm went off

The staff could be more helpful. The water pressure, and the cleanliness of the bath tub. The fact that it was expensive and the indoor pool was out of order. If this was posted beforehand we would not have stayed at this location or the price could reflect on the amount of out of order signs.
