The Pool will be available from June 21st.
Pets allowed. Supplements per night apply. Guests should contact the hotel to check and confirm availability of room for a reservation with pet. Hotel will check there's availability and that room complies with specifications needed. Pets are only allowed in "Pet Friendly Double room" room type. Pets are not allowed in the other types of rooms. Once in the establishment, guests will receive the access regulations, which they must read and approve.

Convenient to the convention center. Well managed
While the pool was pleasant, the opening time (11 am) was too late, and the pool area was small for the big size of the hotel. Chairs were always fully occupied
The Hotel location is excellent
Two points I didn’t like about the hotel and hopefully the hotel management team improves them:
1- The spring-bed is very uncomfortable as by every single movement it makes a terrible sounds and your wokes up the person sleeps beside you.
2- The very narrow park entry of Parking level -2 especially by the Ticket machine. I recommend to remove that unnecessary raised concrete because it is very inconvenient for big cars (SUV).

Estaba todo muy bien organizado y la atencion en recepcion fue muy buena
No habia champu, ni cepillo de dientes, ni pasta, ni peine…

L'emplacement, près de tout.
L'armoire inexistante a mon avis pour un 4 étoiles. Juste une mini penderie. Pour 10 jours nous avons du laisser nos vêtements dans la,valise.
Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania, fajny acz nieduży basen.
Niedziałające dwie windy na trzy, brak wody przez kilka godzin, Brudne okna. Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia i większego zadbania.
La tranquilidad que se sentía.
Hay varios puntos para destacar:
-piscina muy sucia
-habitaciones ni comparación a las fotos y sobretodo no se notaba una limpieza nítida.
-el desayuno daba mucho que desear ya que muchas cosas estaban crudas.
- lo mismo el buffet de cena, calidad precio muy bajo y poca variedad
Pues el camarero Jaime.
Los ascensores hacían un ruidazo y no funcionaban y el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido.
LA UBICACION
EL ASENSOR , VISITO ESTE HOTEL DESDE HACE AL MENOS 4 AÑOS HE IDO UN PAR DE VECES Y EL PROBLEMA DEL ASENSOR ES EL MISMO , NOENTIENDO POR QUE NO INVIERTEN EN NUEVOS EQUIPOS , ES IMPRESIONANTE LO QUE DEBE DE ESPERAR UNO EL ASENSOR PARA SUBIR Y BAJAR ESTO POSICIONA MUY MAL EL SERVICIO
