La pulizia ottima, cosi come anche la nostra camera al dodicesimo piano
La struttura e’ un po distante a piedi dal centro storico, bisogna muoversi con i mezzi altrimenti fare 35/40 minuti a piedi
Es muy limpio la comodidad todo muy bien las instalaciones estan bonitas la mayoría de sus empleados muy atentos
Una persona en recepción nos cuando entramos nos recibió muy tajante luego los demás muy amables
We loved the gym, was very well maintained, had the basic necessities, that were of high quality, and also the gym was very beautiful. Room and bathroom were really nice, asked reception for an iron which we got to keep for our 1 week stay. They’re also very environment aware, that really stood out. Excellent stay!
The 2 things worth mentioning was that the we couldn’t actually use the tv how we’d like, I’m pretty sure they had they’re own programming to avoid people using the wrong setting of the tv, which prevented us from being able to log in to Netflix/youtube and watch our own shows which would’ve been nice, but they did have access to a good variety of cable tv which we ended up watching (all Spanish ofc so if you’re not a fan of cable or don’t understand Spanish then bring a laptop).
And lastly, I think this is because of their environment awareness and avoiding wasted water through washing machines, they wouldn’t actually change our sheets when room service came, they would just remake the beds. Just something to be aware of! I’m sure they would change it if it got dirty tho.

Szép, tiszta, jó helyen van, nagyon kedvesek.
A reggelihez át kellett menni (a rossz időben) a szomszédos 3 csillagos hotelbe. A reggeli színvonala is 3 csillagos volt.
Nincs szagelszívó a fürdőben.
Egyáltalán nincs szekrény, és csak 1 bőröndnek van hely.
As we had appointments at the IMED Hospital nearby, the location was perfect.
It was adjacent to plenty of bars and restaurants.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Lack of information about restaurant menus. The QR code that we eventually got wouldn’t work.
The walk-in shower was good, but needs a shower mat and/or grab handle for safety.
The bar staff were not very attentive or friendly.
