The Pool will be available from June 21st.

Hotel will check there's availability and that room complies with specifications needed. Pets are only allowed in "Pet Friendly Double room" room type. Fue bonito el lugar
Entraron alas habitaciones incluso con el letrero que pusimos en la puerta de no molestar, también cuando nos estábamos llenado estábamos bajando parte de las maletas y dejamos en la habitación un maletín y una tarta en la nevera y aún no habíamos hecho el checkout y aún faltaba 1 hora para la salida la limpiadora lo había botado a la basura y lo habíamos mandado a traer de Madrid para el cumpleaños de mi hijo fue terrible lloré de la impotencia

The breakfast is very exceptional
Not what we expect for a 4 star hotel. Too bad the fascities are lacking specially the very basic hand soap. I asked early in the morning about it and did not got it up until I asked again in receptionist. Also We got one towel so we have to share one towel and had to request for more.
The location and price were good
There was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, when we reported it, they left us waiting for more than 2 hours without a resolution (e couldn't use the shower or go about our day until it was seen to). The cleaner suggested we place a trash bag over the drain while not using it! Then tried to cover the smell with bleach, until they finally agreed to move us to a new room - it was much better but still not clean, and things like paper, soap etc. were broken or missing from the bathroom. We also asked the reception for towels for the pool, and were left waiting 30 minutes because they "didn't have any".

No acostumbramos a escribir negativo pero lamentablemente no fue lo que me esperaba.
Yo viajaré mucho a valencia por ese sector y busco un hotel para quedarme seguido , pero lamentablemente me voy desilusionado.

El hotel está sucio en general .lo único bonito es la entrada y la piscina.la zona de la piscina es pequeña para tanta gente, ya que es para 2 hoteles...te tienes q sentar en el suelo.
La habitación tenía unos colgadores para la ropa y por detrás estaban llenos de polvo. Los azulejos de la ducha estaban muy sucios y amarillentos. En el colgador de las toallas había pelos pegados en la pared. Las puertas de la salida a la piscina llenas de polvo. Todo poco cuidado
