Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht ok - zu teuer, qualitativ nicht angemessen
Pros:

Sehr positiv:
das sehr gute und ausgiebige Frühstück
das Personal, das ständig kontrollierte/auffüllte, wenn etwas fehlte bzw. zur Neige ging.
Sehr renovierungsbedürftig:
das Zimmer, das dringend überholt werden sollte. Teppichboden geht gar nicht, Bad ist uralt, Sanitäranlagen ebenfalls sehr alt.

Zimmerboden sollte mit Laminat ausgestattet sein und nicht Teppichboden

Dias Relaxantes e Bonitos em Lisboa
Pros:

O apartamento conta com uma otima cozinha compacta. A vista do apartamento para a praça dos restauradores é muito linda. A vista do terraço também é de encher os olhos. Toda a equipa do hotel é muito educada e atenciosa.

Cons:

A agua da torneira estava a sair castanha, informamos na recepcao mas acabamos por resolver enchendo as garrafas d'agua no saguao do hotel e comprando no mercado. O bar do terraço tem mesas e cadeiras nao muito confortaveis, sao de aluminio.

Freundliches Personal. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Ausstattung sehr alt. Weit entfernt von modernem Standard. Vieles ist defekt und funktioniert teilweise nicht. Armaturen sind locker, Einrichtung abgeschlagen, Frühstücksraum hat den charm einer Jugendherberge.

A casa de banho está desatualizada e com bastantes marcas do uso. Precisa de uma renovação. O pequeno almoço tem vários alimentos processados.
