Pros:

Location, able to keep luggage in a safe room ,everyone at reception very professional and kind, the place needs to be updated but the room was very clean,good linen, it's my 3rd time staying here

Excelente relación calidad precio
Pros:

El alojamiento, aunque es un poco antiguo, cumple perfectamente su función. Nos alojamos cuatro personas en un apartamento compuesto de dos habitaciones (una con cama grande cómoda y otra con sofá cama que se abre en dos camitas relativamente cómodas, TV en cada habitación, mesa y sillas), minicocina con frigorífico, microondas, tostador, cafetera y menaje básico, que te permite hacer comidas básicas en la habitación. Baño cómodo y completo, con albornoces y zapatillas de cortesía, había leído en algún comentario que la habitación era fría, en nuestro caso no fue así, de hecho hacía hasta calor con la calefacción. Lo mejor sin duda, y lo que más valor aporta al alojamiento es la ubicación, en pleno centro de la ciudad, que te permite acceder a pie a cualquier atractivo turístico. Si vas con coche, con la aplicación Telpark puedes reservar parking cómodamente, hay varios cerca, el más cómodo, en la misma puerta del alojamiento es el de restauradores, aunque es el más caro.

Excellent location, good hotel, although tired in places, would stay again due to location
Pros:

The Location was excellent to get to all parts of Lisbon. Buses outside the hotel and Metro next to the hotel.
Famous 28E Trams a 10 minute walk alongside other trams. Lovely square with restaurants nearby.
Big apartment with 1 double room a seperate lounge with a sofa bed a separate small kitchen and bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Shower gel and shampoo and conditioner provided. Alongside handwashing and body lotion.
Towels supplied.
A super market is a 10 minute walk away.
There is a Subway sandwich shop just around the corner.

Cons:

The Kitchen had a fridge which did not work and has not worked in a while as I have seen other reviews stating this so it is not getting fixed. No tea towel, dish cloth washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided.
The hairdryer is in the bathroom not ideal when 4 people wanting to get ready and have a shower and the hairdryer is not a very good standard it is like a public swimming pool hairdryer on the wall so not very good to style your hair with.
The roof top bar is nice although it was empty when we went in March.
The hotel do not provide milk although there was a coffee maker with 2 coffee pods they need to supply some milk and get the fridge working.

Raňajky priemerné na 4* hotel. Sladké pečivo bolo ako keby rozmrazené - väčšina nebolo moc chutné.

Cons:

Very loud location at night. Hotel is listed as 4 star but we have stayed at other 4 star hotels in the area and feel the rating might not be appropriate. Not sure if the room assigned to us is the reason for our rating. Would definitely not stay there again
