O alojamento não correspondia de forma alguma ao anúncio e não reunia condições mínimas de habitabilidade. O quarto aparentava estar ainda em obra, a cozinha não tinha eletricidade funcional, os aparelhos não funcionavam, não havia água potável disponível e o chuveiro estava avariado, impossibilitando tomar banho. Estas falhas constituem uma não conformidade grave com a descrição apresentada e com os padrões mínimos de qualidade e segurança esperados

Absolutamente nada. As condições eram inaceitáveis e incompatíveis com um alojamento anunciado nesta plataforma.

Cons:

O alojamento encontrava-se em condições manifestamente inadequadas e potencialmente ilegais do ponto de vista das normas mínimas de habitabilidade e segurança. O quarto aparentava estar ainda em obras, a cozinha não tinha eletricidade funcional, os equipamentos estavam inoperacionais, não havia acesso a água potável e o sistema de duche estava avariado, impossibilitando qualquer utilização normal para higiene pessoal.

Estas falhas constituem uma violação grave do dever de conformidade do alojamento com a descrição contratual e com os padrões mínimos exigidos para a prestação de serviços de hospedagem. O imóvel não estava em condições de ser ocupado, o que configura incumprimento contratual evidente e prestação de serviço defeituosa.

A situação é inaceitável, especialmente tratando-se de um estabelecimento anunciado como aparthotel. Recomendo extrema cautela a futuros clientes.

Flexibilidade e cordialidade andam juntos.
Pros:

Gostamos muito da localização, rapidez em resolver as coisas, excelentes funcionários e principalmente o bom senso de ter quarto disponível e liberar para gente entrar meio dia antes. Muito bom essa flexibilidade, um grande diferencial, até porque geralmente se deixa as acomodações antes do previsto também.

Cons:

Não gostamos apenas de no momento em que estávamos lá tinha apenas um elevador funcionando e por vezes também parava.

Spitzen Lage. Gute Ausstattung und tolles und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kann ich echt nur empfehlen. 🤠

Cons:

Alles hat mir sehr gut gefallen, gab nichts zu meckern. Ausser vielleicht, dass nur ein Lift funktioniert hat. Aber da der Monteur schon bei der Reparatur war, ist das nur temporär und zählt daher nicht.
