Bra läge, för övrigt uppfyller hotellet inte alls fyra stjärnor. Lissabon är dock en fantastisk stad!

Motsvarar inte alls förväntningarna på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Det kanske det var för 30 år sedan. Dusch som växlade mellan iskallt och brännhett varannan sekund, dålig lukt i badrummet, luftkonditionering som fungerade halvbra. En ”skybar” med liten pool och utmärkt läge, men med absolut noll finess.

Bien pero baños toca reformar

Tenía todo lo necesario que necesita tener un hotel.
Toallas de ducha, de la playa, cafetera.. te encuentras cualquier detalle. Tiene una piscina que hace vistas increíbles a la ciudad.

Cons:

Baños. Entiendo que hotel tenga sus años pero el siego del baño hasta da asco pisarlo. No digo nada de la habitación pero los baños necesitan una reforma, ya que considero que el precio es elevado para lo que es..

The location was super - right in the heart of the city.

Cons:

We were terribly disappointed by our stay experience… the hotel has definitely seen better days - the upkeep was not at all up to date, furniture was chipping and falling apart and the worst part was that the a/c was not working!! We stayed there for one night in June… the service person came and tinkered around a bit with the air conditioner, but it was obviously an old machine and needed an entire overhaul!

Though at night the staff gave us another room to go sleep in, but even that a/c was not very effective.

Never again!!

Honestly, the only thing that gives this hotel a top rating is its location. It is incredibly central and very close to the main train station.

The entrance looks nice and exclusive, and the lobby gives a good first impression as well. But that’s where it ends.

There are two small elevators that do not seem capable of handling the number of guests staying at the hotel.

The hallways are dark, and the carpets are worn out. The rooms and kitchenettes look like they passed their best-before date in the 1990s. Everything feels dated and worn.

The air conditioning is noisy and fails to provide adequate cooling during summer temperatures.

The breakfast area also lacks the capacity to accommodate the number of guests who are expected to eat at roughly the same time. The selection is okay, but the coffee machine is slow.

The rooftop bar and pool area have only 12 sun loungers, which is nowhere near enough to meet demand.

I would also have appreciated more service-minded and attentive staff.

In short, I would give the hotel 10 points for its location. For everything else, it gets only 1.5 points.
