The hotel was in a good location. The restaurant had a very good outlook and our evening meal was very good. The staff on reception, the bar and in the restaurant were helpful and polite.
Our room was very hot so we had to have the ac on during the night which was quite noisy. (We could not open the window.) When we went down to breakfast we could not find a table that had not been cleared or if they had been cleared, they had been not cleaned.

Room was basic. Breakfast was poor value for money

Clean and perfect
Location was perfect, the hotel was great, good and long full breakfast late checkout was very apprechiated
Stayed here as it was next to my conference et Excel. Special thanks to Fouziha for finding the only room available for me to check in at 7am after a 24 hour journey from Australia. Great service much appreciated!
Very close to the Excel
I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. My stay was an incredibly frustrating experience that fell short in every possible category. The property is highly overpriced for the quality provided. Beyond the lack of value, the cleanliness was unacceptable; the rooms were far from the standard one would expect. To make matters worse, the staff appeared entirely indifferent to guest concerns. They promote a full-spa, yet upon arrival, I discovered that absolutely nothing was operational. It was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional stay. I had to leave early. Avoid this place if you value your time and your money.
So close to Excel - fantastic if you are exhibiting or want to visit. Great service, good bar, excellent all round - staff are very willing to help and go above and beyond. I would definitely book it again .

Air condition not adjustable can be hot out side and in the room.
The room service was not done thoroghly every day with trash left in the room untill checkout
