Comfy stay for the price of a night stay.
Pros:

With membership you can get extras like free drinks or upgraded rooms. Super friendly staff Mehwish was polite and comfy stay with view of the front.

Cons:

AC didn't go low enough so very warm room.
USB plugs all broken so couldn't charge phones by the bed.
Cupboard door where fridge is felt it was broken at a hinge.

Pros:

Location was perfect for us the room and breakfast was amazing. Great staff as well.

Cons:

Carpet in the room had a few stains on if I'm being picky. And also the car park was full on the time of arrival and there was none else to park so we had to go away for a few hours.

Disappointing, expensive
Pros:

Reception and lobby area were pleasant, liked the open space.
Location was great for the Excel venue and close to tube lines.

Cons:

The rooms were very disappointing, especially for the price of the booking. Multiple stains to the carpets and sofa bed. Mattress was extremely firm and pillows terrible, either extremely bouncy or hard as concrete. Damage to the bedframe was also evident. Gym VERY basic and steam room/sauna out of order.

Staff not interested - just want your money, and look down on you when you book through booking.com
Pros:

Room was ok

Only positive was it is the closest hotel to Excel for the expo so had to carry stuff the least amount of distance, however with this said, I'd most probably chose the Crowne Plaza next year!

Cons:

Filled kettle for Tea before bed - woke at 4am for my old man wee, and kettle was leaking all remaining contents

leaked everywhere - used all towels to clean up
given towels at reception - was told to take to room
manager apologised, said she would look into it, email and find a suitable solution
new kettle in room
room not made up
old kettle still in sink
reception staff (apart from Mohammed) very poor - just look at you as if to say what do you expect from us
restaurant staff - lady from Indonesia was lovely
£25 for G&T and a Shandy - £25!
Even hand wash not filled, not refilled on second day - no quality control on room cleaning
Says mini-bar on website - it's an empty fridge with milk sachets - don't know why they don't say small fridge in room

It was a nice stay but needs abit of TLC
Pros:

The breakfast had a great choice to choose from aswell as selection of drinks at the bar.
It was clean. Very good with children and supplying colouring to keep them entertained

Cons:

Our room was a double bed however it wasn't a double bed it was 2 singles pushed together.
I didn't expect that staying in London for the price we paid. It wasn't comfortable either

Staff in bar unhelpful and got drinks orders wrong despite only two drinks ordered and bar empty.

Food was good quality though and portion size very generous

Better value and better all round experience next door at Ibis

Observation: why are accessible rooms only ever available as "standard" only? Why can't they be made available in higher rated options?
(This applies to all hotel chains.....)
