Rien, c est un hotel à éviter surtout dans cette catégorie

Cons:

La chambre est vieille, laide et on a plus l impression d'entrer dans un motel. La première chose que vous voyez est une planche à repasser et son fer ( très glamour) puis les sils abîmés , les meubles abimés.et rafistolés, les fournitures datées. L'expérience la plus désagréable étant la salle de bain. Cela passe pour un 3 etoiles mais un 5??

駅至近でゆったり便利（日本人向け注意点あり）
Pros:

8月に4泊。デュプレックス・ジュニア・スイートで、家族3人。一人は1階部分のソファベッド。全体的には良いホテルです。

【全体的な良い点】
・ミュンヘン中央駅から至近。マリエンプラッツやヴィクトアリエンマルクト、ニンフェンブルグだけでなく、キームゼーなどの近郊への移動もとてもしやすい。
・ミュンヘン中央駅地下にデリやスーパー、ドラッグストアなどが豊富にあるので、買い物もしやすい。ドイツでの食事は日本人には量が多く脂っこいので、1食はデリですませたくなるので便利。水やビールなどの購入もしやすい。
・施設内がゆったりしている。
・朝食は毎日同じだけれども、十分満足できる。オムレツとかヴァイスブルストがちゃんとある。ビーガンメニューもある。葉物野菜は少ない。
・シャワーは適温かつ水量も豊富。
・サービス品質は全体的に高い。

Cons:

【日本人向け注意点】
・日本語は通じない。フロントは英語が堪能だけれど、ルームサービスは人によってドイツ語なまりが強いので、英語でも聞きづらい場合はある。
・バスタブがない。1階にあるSPAを裸で利用できるらしいが、ドイツ人は水着が基本らしく、水着を持っていなかったため、利用していないので不明。逆に言えば、水着があれば、プールも使える。ドイツ人はこのホテルはプール目的で使う場合もあるらしい。野外に面していないし狭いけれど。
・歯ブラシなどは言わないともらえない。言えばもらえる。
・グラスは1種類だけ。カトラリー系は言えば持ってきてくれるが、ルームサービス扱いになるらしく、1回につき5ユーロかかるかも。気軽に使いたいなら、デリ利用時に木製のカトラリーをもらっておいたほうがいい。
・朝食にコメやスープ系がない。
・冷蔵庫は中身を取り出すと自動課金されるタイプで、私物を入れるにはおまけ程度にしか使えない。ギリギリ500ミリのビール4本に500ミリの水が入るくらい。
・ウォシュレットがあるが、利用した部屋（849）のものは、センサーが壊れているのか使えなかった。
・水はけは全体的に良くないが、気にするほどではない。
・ソファベッドは個人的に嫌いではないが、人によっては固く感じるみたい。
