Ist seine 5 Sterne auf jeden Fall wert und bietet einen Spitzenservice!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Service ist hervorragend alle Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, ist sehr citynah aber nicht besonders schön und auch nicht besonders gepflegt. Liegt aber nicht am Hotel, da müsste die Stadt München etwas unternehmen.

I expected better from a 5* hotel

Cons:

- the spa has a nude sauna area. Kids came into this area screaming and looking around. Kids don’t belong into the nude area. There were also adults walking around in swimwear. Either it’s enforced as nude area or textile area. But having a mix makes people uncomfortable and ruins the relaxation of the spa
- I paid in advance but during check in and check out they asked me to pay the room again and I needed to raise that it’s already paid.
- The TV didn’t work
- it‘s disappointing that a 5* hotel charges you additionally for parking

Great place, great staff, great stay!
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic and the staff couldnt have done anymore to accomodate us. The facilities were great and it was within walking distance of the old town.
I would highly recommend the hotel.

Cons:

The food quality and food choices (with the exception of breakfast) were lacking, but there were a number of great restaurants within a short walk, one being retaurant Raya.
