Es war super schön und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Spa ist besonders für ein Hotel mitten in der City! Das Gebäude ist wirklich wunderschön, die Suiten mit großartigem Blick auf den Bahnhof- Lage ist eben am Bahnhof- das hat vor und Nachteile ( es gibt deutlich schönere Orte in München, dafür super gut angebunden). Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und und spielt alle Oktaven.

Cons:

Das Personal könnte herzlicher bzw. persönlicher sein- es ist ein sehr großes Haus und man spricht immer wieder mit neuen Personen… beim Frühstück hatte ich den Eindruck es war zu wenig Personal, vielleicht war auch nur eine sehr betreuungsintensive Reisegruppe gleichzeitig mit uns da. Extra ausnehmen von dieser Kritik möchte ich die Spa- Managerin, sie ist eine echte Gastgeberin!

The front desk staff

Cons:

The room was quite small. The bathroom has a large glass panel, so if someone wants to leave the bathroom light on during the night, the entire room lights up, making it difficult for the other person to sleep. The bathroom door is also made of glass, difficult to close, and has an opening instead of a proper handle positioned right in front of the toilet. There is virtually no privacy.
One morning, a very loud alarm suddenly went off throughout the hotel. We later found out it was the hotel's annual fire alarm system test, but no one had informed guests in advance.
After check-in, no one offered to help us with our luggage, which was surprising for a hotel in this price range.
The room was clean, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. However, at €300 per night without breakfast, the hotel simply doesn't offer good value for money. Charging €90 for breakfast for two people is excessive.
Overall, our stay was disappointing. We expected a much better experience for the price.
