Pros:

Close to the station, restaurants serve good food

freundlichkeit Personal, naehe am Zentrum, autoparkplatz service, sehr hoher Standart, aber doch auch einfache Menschen dort

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Trotz geringer Belegung, ein vom Aufzug extrem weit entferntes Zimmer. Das Zimmer wirkte sehr abgewohnt ( stark abgenutzter, fleckiger Boden, alte Handtücher, unsaubere Bettwäsche). Das Housekeeping war am ersten Tag noch ok, danach wurden keine benutzten Gläser mehr abgeräumt. Pyjama und Nachthemden am ersten Tag auf dem Bett drapiert, danach lieblos auf einen Sessel geschmissen.

Ich wurde nicht vorher darauf hingewiesen dass der Parkservice für zwei Nächte noch zusätzlich 96 € noch zum ursprünglichen Preis dazu kam. Bei so einem teuren Hotel gehe ich davon aus dass das eine Service Leistung inklusive ist

Munich - the heart of Bavarian Winter Charm - rustic charms meet winter wonder

The ambiance of the hotel and the classic frontage was very appealing. The proximity (less than 2 minutes of walking) to the Central Railway Station was outstanding, considering we were taking the train to Berlin from Munich. Level of service was consistent. The comfort extended by the property was satisfactory. Our booking came with the breakfast. The breakfast spread was good, although our dietary requirements were not met and managed with options that we could consume.

Cons:

The temperature in the room could have been managed better. We felt overtly cold in the room, whereas the common area of the property was warm. Good Restaurant options around the property are limited.
