Noble Unterkunft in guter Lage, die nicht immer alles verspricht was man sich von ihr erwartet

Außergewöhnlich schönes Schwimmbad, sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, eine tolle Aussicht aus unserer kleinen Suite im 8. Stock. Eine japanische Toilette von Toto, bei der die Funktionen die mit einer Fernbedienung gesteuert wurden aber nicht funktioniert hat. Man konnte die Tasten auf der Fernbedienung drücken und sie leuchteten dann auch auf, aber ohne weitere Funktion. Schade.

Cons:

Im Bademantel für das Schwimmbad, das frisch drapiert auf einem Bügel im Zimmer hing, befanden sich in beiden Taschen noch gebrauchte Papiertaschentücher. Die Auswahl bei Frühstück war ok. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel aber etwas sparsam bemessen. Geschlafen haben wir leider nicht so gut, weil die Matratze/Topper in unserem Zimmer schon etwas durchgelegen war. Eigentlich waren die Betten in 5-Sterne Hotels in denen wir übernachtet haben, immer das Highlight. Diesmal leider nicht.

Excellente adresse près de la Hauptbahnof
Pros:

Les suites en duplex sont très bien conçues, le petit-déjeuner est copieux. L’hôtel est idéalement placé près de la gare, dans un majestueux bâtiment.

Cons:

Tout est très bien pensé, vraiment.
Peut-être faudrait-il installer encore un crochet ou une barre pour suspendre le linge dans les toilettes principales?

Traumhafte Suite, gute Lage - obwohl die Nähe zum Bahnhof auch seine Schattenseiten aufzeigt

Cons:

Kinder dürfen die Poolanlage am Abend nicht benützen, dies ist nirgends deklariert was leider unseren Urlaub ein wenig gedämpft hat. Da wir extra dieses Hotel mit Pool in der Stadt gebucht haben, damit die Kinder baden können am Abend.

Beautiful and Friendly!!
Pros:

We had a one day layover here between trains from Paris and then on to Venice. We were amazed at the friendly service and the amazing room that we had. It had a two story window and an upstairs. Such a pleasure after a long day on the train!

Cons:

Great Room and Friendly staff…even had a set of mini stairs at reception for young kids who might want to be part of checking in…really very nice and warm for a bigger hotel.
