The location was amazing. We loved the area. I would definitely stay here again.
The only slightly minor issue I had was that the alarm from the previous hotel guests hadn't been turned off, because the next morning, the alarm went off at 0400.
La habitación y áreas comunes
Que no tenía aire acondicionado. Mucho calor toco esta semana y la verdad que no corría aire en la habitación a pesar de tener ventilador se techo. Tampoco me gustaron las almohadas
Very beautiful sorroundings, friendly staff, spacious room and very well equipped kitchen. Laundry available
Curtains did not work 100% good, pull out sofa bed was very old and one window glass was broken.
The staff was exceptional. The location also was spectacular!
The rooms were depressing. The sofa was nasty unfortunately. We couldn't seat on it.
Beautiful place… Lots of underground parking. Clean rooms with real coffee maker, full kitchen and lovely views. Even though the place was packed and busy the staff was courteous, completely thorough and took their time with each guest, making everyone feel special, answered everyone’s questions no matter how redundant they seemed
I think it was very expensive and our icemaker was broken on the fourth floor, but when I called, they direct me to fifth floor, where the ice maker was working… a bit inconvenient, but we made it work

Five of us, three generations worth, began and ended our 40 mile JMT trek at Juniper Springs resort.
1. The three bedroom unit we got was excellent and spacious for loading and staging our packs for the hike the night before we left. They also brought us up some extra towels, and quickly helped correct an issue with the hide-a-bed.
2. My wife drove us down to Reds Meadow to start the trek early next day. She had to come back by herself and load all of the things I'm from our unit to the car. They offered her a late 1 PM check out that helped immeasurably.
3. We ended up coming out a day earlier than planned, and they helped us move our reservation up a day, even though it was made through Booking.com. After the grueling hike, it was so nice to unwind in a nice, accommodating facility and soak in the hot tub and enjoy a hot shower, and had fresh hot pizza delivered to the room. They also sent us up an extra fan for the room because it was quite warm that evening.
4. Lottie and Dayton were especially helpful and friendly.
Well first off the desk wrote down the wrong number for my room, so my key did not work so I had to trek back down to find they told me the wrong room. The hotel has no air conditioning. So they provide info on how to cool the room. Draw shades, open windows and my favorite suggestion was at night put a wet towel on your head. That’s actually their suggestion given in guest materials, I’ve included a photo.
They could at minimum install ceilings fans.
In spite of calling itself a resort, no bar, no restaurant. There is a store that sells snacks and drinks but it’s closed before 9
It’s Dirty too. I would not walk on carpet bare foot.
Near the elevators are some chairs to sit on as you wait for elevator. Curious, I moved one, the stark contrast from the clean area under the chair and the rest of the carpet was stunning.
My reservation was for 1 night, if it had been 2 I’d have left early.
It’s ok for the young students enjoying the area but for those with more discerning standards skip this place
Bed Comfortable, view nice.
l'emplacement etait excellent et le coin piscine super sympa
le personnel a la reception n'etait pas sympatique du tout.
il n'y avait pas de climatisation
la qualité de la literie etait mauvaise
Letto matrimoniale un sogno, king vero
Divano letto super scomodo per i miei figli
I loved the location.
I was very happy and felt welcomed.
Seemed a bit worn and no AC made for a sleepless night
