Great apartment, would love to visit in the ski season
Pros:

We had a free upgrade to a 1 bed apartment which was really welcome so we had more space for the 4 of us. The kitchen was big and well appointed.

Cons:

It's a little out of the town but that didn't affect us for our visit during the summer.

Horrible maintenance
Pros:

This hotel is located in a nice location but the maintenance crew don’t do their job. The pool and hot tubs are beautiful but because we saw many people arrive and use the facilities, who were staying at another hotel, Sunstone, we couldn’t use the bar-b-qs and honestly they were filthy when we looked at them at 10:00 am. They have three umbrellas to block the sun but when we asked the maintenance people if they would open them. We were told they don’t open them because it gets windy. It wasn’t windy and I asked if they could open it, buthesaid “no” because then they’d have to close them again if it got windy. ? WHAT?

Great ski-in, ski-out resort at Mammoth
Pros:

The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were well maintained. I especially appreciated the hotel's attitude towards safety. We enjoyed a beautiful view from the balcony, and the full kitchen was a plus. There are good indoor parking spaces and lockers for skis and snowboard equipment on the ground floor. The only downside is that the ski storage room was so crowded in the morning.
