Hinweise für eine Gruppe
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Der Pool war am Abend sehr angenehm. Mehr dazu unten zu der Frage, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Cons:

Wir waren als Gruppe unterwegs und haben daher einige der Suiten genommen. Auf dem Foto sieht das Sofa groß aus, so dass wir dachten, hier könnten zwei Personen schlafen. Auf den Queensize-Betten ging sich das gerade so aus, aber die Matratze auf dem Sofa ist nur ca. 1 m breit - da passt also nur eine Person drauf. Die Matratze ist auch so weich, dass man nicht wirklich gerade liegend schlafen kann, sondern nur gekrümmt (ich spreche aus Erfahrung). Wir haben dann noch ein Zimmer dazugenommen. Wenn man hier Wäsche waschen möchte: Es gibt nur eine Waschmaschine und zwei Wäschetrockner. Man braucht dafür 25-Cent-Münzen, die man nur gegen Bargeld an der Rezeption bekommt.

Not happy about the stay there

Cons:

The door of our room would not lock several times we had to keep reporting for them to fix it. and there was no soap to shower even after asking 2 members of staff we only got a small bar salad to shower with.

Nice rooms and place to stay… bring ear plugs
Pros:

Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was great for stadium walk

Cons:

The noise- we were on the side near a busy street and between vehicle traffic and air traffic (helicopters and planes), it was pretty noisy all throughout the night. Ear plugs would have been nice!!

Good Customer Services especially Jason The manager on the hotel is great he help me with my need this time my trip is for my brother funeral very sad moment for me I Stay longer than I expected the people work for Fairfield they are professional n friendly

The Elevator is outdated the mechanical didn’t work properly the guest in the hotel have so much trouble used the elevator
