J’ai réservé cet hôtel pour 5 personnes avec deux lits et un canapé-lit. Le matelas du canapé-lit était quasiment inexistant : même un enfant de 10 ans ne pourrait pas dormir dessus, on sentait directement le sol et les ressorts.

Quand je suis allé(e) à l’accueil pour demander une solution, la personne m’a dit qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire le soir et que je devais revenir le lendemain matin pour en parler à son responsable afin de « recevoir un geste ». Le lendemain, la personne n’était plus là et le personnel de garde n’était au courant de rien, rendant impossible toute solution.

Très décevant pour un séjour entre amis. Le personnel ne cherche pas à résoudre les problèmes, et le canapé-lit est inutilisable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour des groupes

Housekeeping needs improvement, but all else was fantastic.
Pros:

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned during our entire 4 night stay. No clean towels, no toilet paper, etc. We had to call down to the desk for everything.

Pros:

The location was nice

Cons:

The carpet was wet, room could have used more cleaning. The pull out bed was so worn it couldn’t be used. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud when it kicked on. One of the wash clothes was visibly dirty/used.

It was convenient to walk

Cons:

The sofa bed needs to be updated. Rooms need refrigerators in their and door in between the living room. The breakfast was okay could add a little more items to it.

decent stay
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean as well.

Cons:

The continental breakfast and dining area, during the appropriate hours was a complete mess and staff were in the kitchen area chatting while there wasn't food and tables were filty.
