Un dia que limpiaron la habitación no tendieron las camas.

The staff was terrible. The gentleman who greeted us and tried to help us at the front counter was awful. He was completely lost and unhelpful in every way possible.
I honestly thought it was a joke and we were being videoed for some type of a spoof.
I started off talking very quietly almost under his breath when he addressed us. I explained who I was with my name and my I , d , and that we were staying there for 1 night.
While he was checking us in , he became very confused with his computer system and kept making excuses as to why it was taking so long. Ultimately, he said that his internet was down.But this is the first that he's seen that , and the first time it happened that day. I guess everybody before me was just fine and there was nobody behind me. The hotel was pretty dead.
He told us we could wait until it's back up by sitting on their chairs or couches. I explained we had no time because we needed to get to the football game at the stadium.
He just stared at me with no options at all. I asked if I could leave my credit card with him and he could give us the key to check-in So that we could change and be on our way to the game. He did not agree to that. I have to.If he could at least hold our bags until we came back after the game, which he ended up agreeing to.
When we came back a few hours later , it still took him forever to check us in. He told me that he believed my credit card was the one problem and that it was kicking them off of their internet connection. Completely ridiculous and utterly bogus
Then he went into a whole tirade about how he thought my son and I were part of the FBI, which he thought was already in the hotel and possibly staying there. I wanted to laugh but I was so frustrated when he told me that the FBI was there because president trump is coming to visit last vegas in a month or so. Then he explained the FBI was staying at different hotels to check it out.
C'mon!!!

You charged us $100 for our pets. I couldn’t believe it one was a service dog for my husband with Parkinson’s. We will not be going back to any Fairfield’s.

The pillows and mattress leave a lot to be desired.

I was having issues with booking.com and the lady upfront named Jessica told me it was resolved and it wasn’t. She lied to me just to get me off the phone.

The elevator we used reminded me of the tower of terror at Disneyland. It was noisy, and scary to ride because the doors took forever to open and it seemed very unstable
. When we came into the room, it overall was clean, but there were donuts underneath our air-conditioning units from the previous tenants and also Cheerios on the floor. There is no drain cover in the sink in the bathroom so any necklace or earring could easily fall in. The air-conditioning unit sounded like it was on its last leg. It was very hard to sleep through. The mattresses are terribly uncomfortable and even though there is an offer of a full out couch, it is literally like sleeping on the floor, with springs shooting through. For the price that we paid I was very disappointed. I realize that your location is the benefit, but I also feel like better upkeep would keep people returning.

The only downside was that our room had a noticeable musky smell throughout our stay. We opened the window to try and air the room out, but unfortunately the smell remained. Apart from that, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The elevator made weird sounds when u get in and out. There’s cage-free scrambled egg every single day. Perhaps they can do some rotation with their breakfast menu.

The staff was not helpful and not friendly. The room key was not accessible to all doors as it was supposed to be when my husband addressed the issue the staff lied and said it was due to the computer error. But all other customers cards worked but ours. After my husband took the card and requested for the card to be replaced the gentleman again stated the same thing but did something in the computer and gave the key back to my husband . My husband tried it and it all of a sudden worked .
