Heerlijk hotel en prima locatie

Het was erg warm, airco aan dat prima was maar laten de balkon deur en gordijnen open met schoonmaken dus temperatuur was goed opgelopen toen we naar een paar uur weer terug kwamen

Ik vond het een net hotel. Het balkon bij mijn kamer waar druiven tegenaan groeiden, vond ik zeer sfeervol. Ontbijt was lekker

Teleurstellend
Pros:

Niet mijn eerste keer bij Dormio en normaliter prima hotel. Ruime villa kamers en luxe badkamer. Centrale ligging in Valkenburg

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst in de villa kamer hing er een muffe lucht en zeer hoge temperatuur. Men had twee ventilators geplaatst, maar die hielpen niet. In de badkamer lag een grote plas met water. Aangezien er geen raam open kon EN er geen airco aanwezig is, vroeg ik voor een andere kamer. Die was niet voorhanden, dus kwam men uiteindelijk aan met een verplaatsbare airco (zie foto). Deze maakte een hels kabaal (onmogelijk om bij te slapen) en zorgde ook niet voor voldoende koeling. Door het ontbreken van ventilatie en de hoge temperatuur heb ik twee dagen met hoofdpijn rond gelopen. Parkeren tegen betaling maar al op dag 1 was er geen plek, dit kwam mede door slecht parkeren van andere gasten maar toch. Personeel is vriendelijk maar weinig oplossingsgericht. Voor de prijs van € 500 voor 2 nachten verwacht ik toch echt meer en beter service en faciliteiten

Eenvoudig hotel met balkon (uitzicht niet heel geweldig achter), netjes en schoon.
Pros:

Locatie is tegenover het treinstation. Je loopt in een klein kwartiertje naar het centrum of neemt de bus. Best handig. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de terrasjes of ontbijt (de mogelijkheden zijn er dus wel).

Functionele uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

Het leek op een appartementen complex waar een paar hotel kamers waren. Wij moesten door wat leek op een galerij (waar permanente bewoning was)lopen om bij de torenkamer te komen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Gegenüber ist direkt der Bahnhof, bis in die Stadt sind es wenige Gehminuten.
Wer in die Thermae2000 möchte, fährt auch nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.
Das Zimmer ist etwas kleiner als sonst gewohnt, aber dafür hat es einen gewissen Charme.
Der Restaurantbereich ist sehr liebevoll mit Details zum Thema Wein gestaltet.

Hotel ligt pal tegenover station en op zo'n 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Ruime kamer met douche in bad, het werkt allemaal maar doet wat gedateerd aan. Prullenbak in de badkamer was niet geleegd na vorige gast...

Die Lage des Hotels war gut.

Cons:

Schönes Zimmer, aber leider technische Mängel bei Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Die Bar war bereits ab 20:00 Uhr geschlossen.
