Valkenburg en omgeving zijn fantastisch en dit hotel een oase van rust als je aan het einde van de dag terugkomt

De serre ligt de hele dag grotendeels in de zon en dan is een defecte airco heel vervelend

Kamer was muf en het leek of we op een verdieping zaten waar permanente bewoners werden gehuisvest. Het gebouw is een doolhof.

De locatie van het hotel is voortreffelijk! Het treinstation tegenover, inclusief goedkoop parkeren (7 €pd) bij P&R.En op loopafstand tot het centrum met tal van leuke restaurantjes en terrassen. Personeel was erg aardig en attent. De kamer was groot genoeg inclusief koelkast en fijne douche.

Cons:

Het hotel zou beter onderhouden kunnen worden, er zijn veel losse onderdelen hier en daar en bijvoorbeeld de entree komt wat versleten over. Dat is jammer, als er meer aandacht zou zijn voor de details zou het hotel met zijn personeel en locatie erg hoog scoren. Ook zou wat lichtere verf in de gangen een frissere aanblik geven. Nu oogt het wat bedompt.
