at Wyndham I have no experience as my reservation was canceled just prior to arriving.
Pros:

Cons:

I received a text just hours before arriving at the resort that my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking and that there was no room available for my party. In a subsequent conversation I was promised a 15% refund due to the cancellation and the need to drive to a different location and a smaller room.

Room was spacious, clean, well equipped

Cons:

Stairs. Did not realize we would be on the 3rd floor. My friend has heart problems, so we had to take the stairs extra carefully.
Also, we felt pressured at check-in to make an appt for a sales pitch.
Also, room was not ready until after 5:00 pm

Pros:

We stayed in a beautiful 1 bedrm. There was a jacuzzi and pool right outside. The restaurant by the marina was excellent after a gorgeous sunset!

Cons:

This is a stay that you are recruited to listen to timeshare sales.

Efficient
Pros:

Nice location staff was ok but check in process was a little silly. Didn't really make sense. I also asked for a 1 hour early arrival and would not accommodate. I had to get ready for a wedding at a gas station because they wouldn't budge an hour on check in. Accommodations nice but not sure if I would stay again.

Cons:

The pools at all locations should be heated as we are in sc and it does get cold. Made no sense to have only 1 available throughout all communities. Be more understanding. Price was a little much as well not a lot of bang for your buck.

An ideal location for us to stay to be near our family staying at the campsite.
Pros:

The property was clean and bed comfortable. Large shower with lovely hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and coffee for the coffee maker.

Cons:

The steps up to the accommodation ,we are 80+ and had requested suitable accommodation! No sea view. We felt pressured into going to a meeting, obviously in the hope we would be interested in a time share or similar.

Pros:

I would have loved to give this room all high scores. The room was outstanding, the staff was friendly. I asked for a handicap accessible room and it was. The elevator did not work and we were given a third floor room. My 69 year old sister cried because she had to climb the stairs. She would not leave the room until it was time to leave. Because of the proximity to the beach I would skip this island altogether if mobility is an issue.

Poor care from this ‘resort’.
Pros:

This was a rotten experience for the price point, and even reaching out to the customer service text line got no response. Check in was up a very steep long set of steps, the only thing they did up there was take a card for incidentals, give me a folder with my room number and send me downstairs to suffer thru high pressure condo sales talk, interrogation about how much I paid for the room, and given the keys and info. The ocean view room was not ocean view- it was partial marsh view. The elevator was broken the entire time, and the unit was wide open when we arrived- we had to call and have the door repaired. The bed was hard, and there were pieces of torn cigarette, and cigarette ashes on the deck. The floors were buckled and uneven, there was construction noise for a long time on Saturday, and the upstairs sounded like there was a herd of elephants walking laps until way past midnight every night.
