Cons:

WORST EXPERIENCE! When I entered our room I noticed the a/c was on and the room was chilly. So I turned it off. 30mins later, it wasn’t turning off. I asked front desk for help and the front desk girl tried to also turned it off and couldn’t. She said she would “contact” her manager. 10mins later. She calls my room stating her managers are off and she can’t call them. I’m like there’s no emergency number to call?? I am freezing is in there with my 1yo baby. Yes I was frustrated it was around 8pm. She noticed the frustration in my voice but had no compassion! Saying we can offer you points and snacks. Haha told her that’s ridiculous! She got offended and hung up on me! So unprofessional and had no compassion whatsoever! I will NEVER stay here again!! I never been treated like this at any hotel except here in Camarillo! I left!

Friendly staff and clean facility
Pros:

Friendly staff and great service and it was unfortunate that the elevator was out of service at the time of our stay and it was a bit challenging at times as we stayed on the 3rd floor but none the less was a great time. Hope to come back again

I didn’t pay to be the janitor and the plumber
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

My toilet was clogged. Before I used it! I called the front desk they said they would bring me a plunger because there was nobody there to help me. But I had to call again because they never brought the plunger. I did not pay for a room that I would have had to be the janitor too additionally, the iron was broken and I couldn’t iron my shirt.

Father's Day getaway was topped off with a nice stay at Hampton Inn and Suites.
Pros:

It was nice and clean. The grounds and pool area were pristine. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent.

Cons:

All was good. No complaints.
