Comfortable & convenient ~ fabulous airport hotel!
Pros:

The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, large, comfortable bed, space to hang clothes & place a suitcase, great shower, fluffy towels. Really, I didn’t expect something this high end. I was only there 6 hours, as I arrived late and had an early flight, so I didn’t meet staff or have breakfast but the dining area looked warm & welcoming. It’s 2km from the airport, so the perfect place to stay if you have an early flight! Also staff were very responsive in our communication before my stay.

Cons:

For late arrivals / early departures, because you aren’t interacting with checkin, they should have a place to leave the €6 cash-only city tax. I left mine on the safe.

Cons:

Air conditionné à hauteur du lit, donc on ressentait fort l air froid. Même si on mettait à 27 degrés. Et il faisait tellement chaud. Que on ne pouvait pas ne pas l à mettre.

Great staff, great food, a little tricky to find
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Due to being stuck in an airport overnight due to missing our cruise ship because of the fires on the roads which delayed our bus by six hours, I was off a day and accidentally booked the hotel for the following day. When we arrived and realized our mistake, they were very kind and were able to still accommodate us that very night. They were so pleasant and easy to work with and I really appreciated their professionalism. And the food was excellent.

Cons:

The property was difficult to find, but with a little help from a few nearby businesses, we were able to locate it eventually

Pros:

The staff were inviting and made me feel like family. The location was close to the light rail T1 and T2 lines and the airport which made travel easier

Cons:

Not the hotels part but there were gates that prevented access to the main road so hade to walk a few blocks. The showers were also small.

机场无法直接步行至酒店，佛罗伦萨的出租车司机给我们狠狠上了一课，酒店所有插头都需要细款的，普通的根本插不进去，叫酒店自带的电水壶，都插不入酒店上墙的插排。还有空调很差。

Would definitely stay again if needed.
Pros:

Easy check in, close to the airport, shuttle to airport (for small fee), bar and restaurant. Early check in for a small fee. Outdoor area. Clean.

Cons:

Foul gas smell from the bathroom (but that’s a common issue in Florence).
