The municipality of The Hague and HTM are working on more than 25 areas in the city of The Hague in order to make the public transport more accessible and safer bicycle tracks. Therefore work will be done during these coming months. This is planned from June to November 2022. Works will be done between 06:30 and 16:00 on weekdays. L’emplacement et le personnel. Le confort de la chambre est tout à fait convenable mis à part le bruit.
Le bruit de la rue est catastrophique et plus surprenant l’insonorisation des chambres. Le guide Michelin l’évoque mais à ce point là ce n’est pas acceptable.
Super Lage in tollem Stadtviertel, sehr sauberes Zimmer, super Kommunikation, schönes Gebäude.

I would call hotel Sebel an old-fashioned hotel in a good way: very personal, nice authentic rooms, excellent service. The location is very nice, close to but not in the city center. Highly recommended!
Nothing, really… Perhaps: the hotel has no breakfast, but offers breakfast in a nearby hotel. We did not like that very much, because was very business-like in a basement. Instead: go to Appeltje Eitje for breakfast!
Zentrale Lage im Zentrum, der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt.
Es gab den ganzen Tag Kaffee, Tee und Wasser gratis, in einem netten Aufenthaltsraum.
Frühstück hätte es in einem anderen Hotel gegeben, haben wir aber nicht genutzt.

Je nach Etage, viele steile Treppen (kein Aufzug).....war uns egal, aber das sollte man wissen.
Keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder sicher abzustellen, das ist ein bisschen schade, gerade so im Zentrum.
Eine Nacht 170 € war jetzt nicht günstig, aber wir hatten auch erst einen Tag vorher gebucht, vielleicht lag es daran.
Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und war sehr ruhig.
