Overpriced for old rooms.

Best thing about this complex is its location to Queenstown township.

Cons:

We used to stay at this complex and pay around $270 for a garden suit apartment. We paid $350 for a Studio Room as garden suits are now overpriced. The Studio room was very disappointing, flooring in bathroom was lifting, walls were knocked around. the outside area not swept and untidy. Very over priced for a very old room with no money spent on it.

Good location and great free parking. With a few modifications like a new couch and air conditioning the place is ideal
Pros:

Location was good. Laundry facilities handy. Free car parking is a bonus

Cons:

There was no air conditioning. This was very uncomfortable upstairs because of the heat.The couches were very old, torn and uncomfortable. For the price we paid I would have expected better couches and air conditioning

走到购物区或者码头十五分钟内，房间设施齐全，洗衣服做饭都很方便，接待处的工作人员态度很好，会帮忙推荐餐厅，提供房间对应的停车位

Cons:

住宿了三天，除了因为第一晚发现床单有脏污第二天更换了床单并且整理床铺外没有再提供整理床铺服务，另外不算需要改进的地方，只是提示，如果绕水边的路走到房子要爬大坡，尽量从街道中间穿过来

Prima locatie dichtbij het centrum met goede parkeergelegenheid
Pros:

Hoewel in de omschrijving stond "kamer aan de weg zonder uitzicht" klopte die maar ten dele. We zaten inderdaad aan een drukke weg, maar daarvan hebben we geen last gehad tijdens het slapen. We hadden echter wel degelijk uizicht: op de bergen en zelfs de kabelbaan.

We werden hartelijk en in onze eigen taal ontvangen door de Vlaamse receptioniste.

We konden er goed en gratis parkeren.

Cons:

We moesten veel trappen op met onze bagage.

Very spacious, plenty of comfortable seats to sit on, good space to eat at, excellent kitchen facilities including full cooker, washing machine and tumble drier in the apartment, comfortable bed and lovely big shower.
