Pros:

Breakfast was crap, I would rather spend 19 dollars at a cafe. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Bathroom fan was broken, spa bath did not work, apartment walls were stained or dirty, curtains are dirty, room was not serviced except for rubbish bins, generally untidy. It's the small stuff that needs cleaning.

Very comfortable and convenient location for my conference attendance in Queenstown.
Pros:

This location was immediately across the street from a conference that I attended. I loved having my own space where I could prepare breakfast and get away. This fit the bill nicely!

Kind of cold in one room
Pros:

It was our 3rd stay here. The room was nice, all things needed were there. The bathroom was clean and warm enough.

Cons:

The A/C is room 339 seemed to be working, but it was either not powerful enough or had something wrong with it. It was set on heat at 30 degrees Celsius on maximum power, but the temperature in the room didn't really get higher. It was a bit cold during our stay, I don't think there were over 17 degrees in tge room. In our previous stays, we had another room that did not have this temperature issue.

Clean and tidy . Good location and good facilities. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 couples. The unit had 2 bathrooms as well. Good washing machine and separate dryer.

Pros:

I can't fault Garden Court. The apartment was pristine, the staff were pleasant and very helpful, and the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable.

Pros:

The room was nice but it smelt of strong commercial cleaners. The location was very good.

Cons:

The sassy receptionist. Didn't take feedback well. We arrived 15 minutes before the reception closed and still had to self check in. The area outside the room was dark, we struggled to find our way and had to phone the after hours contact for assistance. We had two singled beds. My friend found her bed uncomfortable.
