The room was incredibly dirty.
Wonderful place. Clean, warm, convenient location to city centre and 6km from airport. We mostly walked into the centre, but it's a fairly steep walk, you need to be fit.

Loved my stay here! Room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was strategically located in Frankton Road and is just a couple minutes walk to town.
Path to room 215 was a little tight to wheel luggage and surface was very noisy. I was concerned for tge comfort of other guests from noise of luggage wheels.

The breakfasts were terrible. No one warned us that the hotel only served cereal, which we had to prepare ourselves. There were no eggs or sausage. We asked the staff to cancel the breakfast and give us a refund. They refused because we paid through Booking.com, not directly. We were given a room next to the road. At night, we could hear cars driving by with music. The bathroom had no ventilation—we had to open the window, which made it extremely cold. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money.

Needs a bit of renovation carpet needs replacing as old and had marks on it
Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es ist so langsam etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eine Sanierung diverser Räume wäre angebracht.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, hatte jedoch einen unangenehmen Geruch.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht mehr. Unser Zimmer hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch nach scharfem Reinigungsmittel und das Bad roch ebenfalls nicht angenehm. Die Parkplatzsituation war auch etwas angespannt da für die Zimmer nicht genügend Parkplätze vorhanden waren.
Wir hatten außerdem Frühstücj gebucht. Dabei handelt es sich jedoch um ein to-go Frühstück mit 6x Zwieback, Erdnussbutter, Marmelade und Haferflocken. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Lots of stairs which we weren’t aware. They were tricky because even though we parked our car on the premises it was still a distance from our room.
We couldn’t get the heat pump to warm the room
A dedicated, free parking space! Washer AND dryer! Big, comfortable bed. Adequate kitchen with mini-dishwasher. Easy to walk to town. Quiet location. Wifi good (to stream US videos via VPN thru hdmi cable).
Bedroom needs black out curtains. We stuffed scarves around the blinds to keep the bedroom dark. Couch is pretty awful. Definitely don't think you'll have anyone sleep on it! Bed needs a thinner pillow, please.
