Uncomfortable
Pros:

There were only egg/cheese omelet. No bacon or biscuits even though signs were up. Otherwise it was ok. I liked that the room didn't have carpeting. The bed was very high for me a handicap person it should be 22 inches from the ground for ease. This bed was at the top of my hip! I luckily had a foot stool in my car to beagle to get into the bed. The bed was way too hard and it was difficult to get restful sleep. I actually slept in my car the 2nd night. The room was very noisy and a few dead beetles on the floor. The pool room was dirty with leaves and dead bugs on windowsill. The pool was nice and warm.

We would NOT recommend!

Not much, needs some updating.

Cons:

It was hard to find, they need a sign out by the main road. Our room had a leaky toilet, enough that the floor had a puddle and the solution was to put a bunch of towels down, there was no shower curtain, we had to go to the front desk and ask for one and after all of that we were accused of having/taking someones cat and actually ended up have to talk to the town sheriff about this cat that we didn’t have, take or see.

The swimming pool was so much fun, it was great!

Everything else. Copying my credit card, lack of friendliness no welcome, hello and no greeting at all. The bathrooms are tiny. My daughter room did not have a microwave so she was forced to come in my room everytime she wanted to heat up my grandbabies food. No elevator, the comfy looking chairs on the website is not actual in the rooms. I and my family was here for 3 day events, the event today started at 10:30am, I requested a late check out so I could attend and then comeback pack up. I was asked what time I would like to check out, I said 1pm she said no she could only give me to noon. She was not courteous, friendly or accommodating. I will never return or recommend. Last thing the GPS could not find it, it's hidden behind a storage company the GPS leads back to the freeway it was quite frustrating.

The morning desk clerk. She was very nice and helpful

The afternoon desk clerk. She wasn't very helpful or insightful. She couldn't fix the issues in our rooms. She seemed like she was on drugs.

Unhappy with the bed.
Pros:

The room was really clean the staff was real friendly.

Cons:

The king size bed had big dip on the right side. We had to sleep like we were in a double bed. My husband could not move unless he wanted to fall into the hole. Over priced because the bed and the sleep we got.
