An older hotel with a basic breakfast. The stay was quiet and comfortable while we explored some of the black hills. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Great location downtown. Clean, spacious room.
Was able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Hotel and room clean. Be sure to check out the Gold Pan Saloon! The oldest saloon in the Black Hills. Lots of taxidermy and warm, lodgy atmosphere.
Pretty good value for the money, although the continental breakfast wasn't that great. Everything else was fine except for a loose outlet cover that made the outlet unusable.
Rooms were clean. Front desk gals were very friendly when we checked in. We came pulling a trailer and they helped with parking overnight since there isnt room at the properrty. Very limited items if you're looking for breakfast.
Room was good. Car alarms went off all night long. Not much sleep :(
Rude desk clerk
This is always a nice place to stay- the hotel is in good shape and it’s right down town Custer- easy to walk to restaurants and shops.
Grest
Not as clean as it could be.
Good staff
Clean
2 Story motel with NO Elevator
Simple but clean hotel. Breakfast is mostly continental with egos added as a bonus. Staff was very nice.
Staff was very friendly and ready to help with any of our needs. Room was a little dated but fine for one evening. Very conveniently located..
Room was clean and comfortable
Staffing were very nice
We booked our family trip on Aug 17-21. First day was an Amazing to welcome us with a great smile with the front desk lady, after a 14 hour of straight driving , that is a welcoming gesture out there! ..and 'till we checked out. Good and friendly staffs. Convenient , clean and affordable place to stay.
Contenental breakfast was unfullfilled, but all good as long as there is a new brewed coffee.
Friendly staff. Easy check in.
Walking distance to restaurants. Nice location and property is clean. You get what you pay for with the breakfast but overall it was alright.
Easy walking access to several dining options and easy drive to several local attractions....Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park.
Economical and nice for the price. Comfortable and clean.
Bed was broken. Reported broken the next morning and was told it was fixed when arrived back. Linens was on floor. Requested new linens and housekeeping was gone. Front desk replaced linen and in the process bed has broken again. Requested a new room and was given.
