Beat up hotel that needs attention for their infrastructure.
Pros:

Staff was nice about the problems they were experiencing. Location was convenient.

Cons:

Wifi was not working for days.
I got a wakeup call at 7am that I did not request. When I asked the front desk they stated it was something wrong with their phone system that they could not fix. Apparently other guests were getting the same unrequested wake up call.

They got the room reservations wrong. They lost power on the last day

We checked out 30 min after checking in.
Cons:

The property didn’t seem safe. We checked out within 30 min of checking in at 12 midnight. And it seems like the right decision as when we were checking out, there were police cars at the property. Not sure what the actual issue was. But who wants police dealings during vacations.

Affordable, no frills, comfortable

The location was great. Parking is ample and free. We had a situation with our first room but it was rectified by the front desk immediately.
