Better than expected!!
Pros:

I'm from Buffalo and come into town a few times a year to visit family. This was my first stay at this hotel since my last regular hotel has slowly become a dump! There's no breakfast at this location, (there's a Tim Horton's and Altons restaurant literally steps away for breakfast) but the unlimited coffee/hot chocolate station was fantastic! Our room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful when I asked about an issues on my bill. We'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Cons:

When I booked our stay, I did request an end room for our visit, but didn't get one. Thats the only thing I can think of during this visit.

Not checked in as room was not ready.
Pros:

I went there to check in late night around 11:30 pm. The room was not ready they said wait. I asked them to show me the room. It was not prepared yet and was not nice.
The property said OK will cancel the booking. Then I left I didn’t stay at the place.
