Not the cleanest. 2 vacuum cleaners sitting in the halls, and carpets looked messy. People that may live there, or staying hanging around the front door smoking. Some wearing pajamas. For the money, room was sparse, no extras and not 100% clean.

We were pleased with our stay and the hotel was a good choice for us while exploring the Buffalo area.
Pros:

The location was great. We were even able to walk to a couple of restaurants. Our room was very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The manager was very kind and caring and wanted to know how our stay had been.

Cons:

It’s a little thing but felt all the windows and the glass doors going in could be cleaned.
