I’d choose some place else next time
Pros:

Breakfast was fair but they empty trays were very slow to be filled

Cons:

You really have to have a restaurant on site. Noise from adjoining units was unacceptable. The ppl weren’t loud……the sound insulation was awful.

This establishment offers a residential experience similar to that of living in an apartment. The recent renovations, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, truly impressed me. It is remarkable that each unit comes equipped with a fully functional kitchen. I am extremely satisfied with this amenity. In addition, I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Ms. Elizabeth and her team. Ms. Elizabeth consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her thoughtful gesture of baking chocolate cookies really won us over. I wholeheartedly recommend this affordable hotel in Gaithersburg, Maryland for those seeking a peaceful, clean, and refreshing overnight stay.

Excellent hotel and staff
Pros:

Location atmosphere and room were excellent. An exceptional value for the money! I’m writing this review because Elizabeth, at the front desk really went far beyond any expectation I have for staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and really went the extra mile!! By far she made my stay the best I’ve had in a hotel and I travel a lot!!

Great stay and I would recommend. I will be visiting the location when I return to Gaithersburg.
Pros:

Very clean, the room had all the essentials needed to make the stay more comfortable.

Cons:

The unexpected deposit of $20 per night that was due at check-in.

My home away from home!
Pros:

I highly appreciate the TownePlace Suites Marriott in Gaithersburg, Maryland for providing exceptional overnight accommodations. The room setups resembling apartments offer a unique and homely experience. The presence of a separate kitchen in each room sets this hotel apart from any other I have visited. Ms. Elizabeth's hospitality is truly exceptional and top-notch. We eagerly anticipate each encounter with her, as she is a true asset to the establishment.

Overall I would stay here again. It was great and staff were friendly.
Pros:

A hidden gem compared to your typical more costly hotels. Great for if you have a group of people as well. Super clean and comfortable!

Cons:

The only negatives were that there were two mirrors and they were both in the bathroom. A mirror in each of the bedrooms would have been nice as we were getting ready for a special event. The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was better than some smaller places.

A solid 10 in Gaithersburg for Marriott
Pros:

There is a Great Tean is running the place , lead by Mr Andrew ( GM) , he is an asset for the location and The Marriott Corporation .
Even though there is a remodel for the hotel the entire team makes it seamless, thank you Mr Andrew
