A solid 10 in Gaithersburg for Marriott
Pros:

There is a Great Tean is running the place , lead by Mr Andrew ( GM) , he is an asset for the location and The Marriott Corporation .
Even though there is a remodel for the hotel the entire team makes it seamless, thank you Mr Andrew
Great just remodel rooms

The maid walked in our room without knocking . She said she got the rooms mixed up which can happen sometimes but they should be knocking before entering any room !

Happy Stay for the Holiday
Pros:

Location is convenient next to the highway and plenty of shopping and food. The staff is on point and friendly. Miss Elizabeth always greets us and was a big help during our stay. She always has a smile on and lending a hand when she can.

Be careful staying here
Pros:

Bed was broken in our room and we didn't find this out until 1am. We tried to call for maintenance, but no answer. Left our room to look for hotel staff and could not find anyone that worked at the hotel for over 90 minutes. Management tried to deny that the hotel was unstaffed, but have video proof. Major safety issue and violates laws in that state.

Pros:

My stay was excellent. Mrs. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and kind throughout my entire visit. She always made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to assist me. Her warm attitude and professionalism made my stay more comfortable. I truly appreciate her service and will definitely return.

Love my Earl/Juan
Pros:

Earl and Juan made my stay so wonderful! They were so sweet! The staff was so polite and breakfast quiche- excellent! And I love my name on the TV welcoming me!!!!
