I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This was not a great experience at all. I did not get the room I originally reserved, and the front desk staff twisted words when I asked about the issue. The person helping me was in training with no supervisor present, which made the situation even more frustrating.

The room provided was very small and could not accommodate three people as needed. Because the reservation could not be honored, I received a refund—but I did NOT receive the full $125 that was supposed to be refunded.

Overall, this was poor service, and I am requesting that the remaining $125 be refunded immediately.

Spotless room, very quiet and peaceful

Staff support was lacking didn’t get to book the hotel they said they couldn’t find the name it was under and i could not get my refund back wasted money coming from an hour drive and did not get to get the hotel.

This is a great property. Basically all the comforts of a studio apartment, just no oven. 😂

My room was very clean and modern. A desk would have been helpful but I made-do with the small table (Queen studio). Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Beds were a little soft for my liking but thats just a preference thing.

I was surprised when I checked in they indicated they had a $125 required deposit. The hotel was listed as non smoking and the the room smelled of cigars.

Barely any parking spots due to construction tubs in the parking lot and spaces taped off. Halls and elevators not very clean. Incidental fee was outrageous 5x’s what I usually pay!

hotel is under construction; cold water to warm up shower takes 1 hour, old dirty smelly furniture, corridor dirty and needs to wear the mask 95. The reason we stay because we had construction in our apartment.

The kitchen had one pot, no lid, no soap, no spoons. Lamps were falling off the wall, there was a hole in the ceiling, and lots of the surfaces were grimy. No hangers in the room, and the front desk promised to find me some, then never brought them. There was also a small hole in the ceiling.

When I initially booked online with Orbitz, it said that I can pay at the property once I arrive. They processed a pmt with my card at 2:59 pm. I did not authorize them to do so. I called and I was told they do that for security purposes because people do not show up sometimes. Honestly, that’s not my fault.

I get to the property & no one is at the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes and no one still came. I called for someone, no one came. I even called the property to see if someone would come answer the phone. No one did. It took a total of about 20-30 min before someone came to the front. There was someone else in the lobby waiting with me. While being checked in I was given someone else paper to sign with their signatures on it already. The guest before me information was still on the welcome screen. Tbh, it look like the person work was sleeping.

This room is not worth $130. The mirror in the bathroom is cracked. The light switch panel is all cracked up. The bathtub is chipped with rust. The room is way smaller that what pictures showed. The toilet doesn’t flush. I don’t think I will stay at this property again until they do some major upgrades.

I feel safe in this area.

The room was dirty ! No shower curtain and trying to get my refund NOW! Is so difficult no one is answering I'm very disappointed! Went to see my family and had to spend extra money .

No tv in room, door knobs were broken, bathroom door do not close, stains, paint peeling, and lights out.
