Central location, large rooms with all amenities. Lovely bar area, with restaurant attached, food was tasty.

The fact that I have used this hotel many times and the main reason is we enjoy the pool facilities however they now charge an extra £10 pp to use these facilities, as a result I will now never visit again as there are cheaper places that are just as nice without a pool etc
Everything was ok. Comfortable bed. Nice walk-in shower an espresso machine + Kettle in the room.
I had treated myself to a superior double room with panoramic view of Cardiff.
There was a fridge but it was not switched on as my water was still warm in the morning.
No change of towels or room made up on Day 2. Not a big issue as I was only there for 2 nights and could manage to make the bed myself. I asked Housekeeping for a an extra towel, though as mine had a grey stain. I mentioned that my room had not been done but the room attendant looked busy and rather tired and didn't offer to do it.
I had wanted to phone reception but there is no phone in the room which is a safety concern.
The location is fairly central but maybe next time I will book closer to the main station (a 23-min walk away).
Got an upgraded room on arrival room with amazing views of cardiff. Brilliant the hotel with a spa to.
That the fridge wasn't switched on
The bathroom was a real treat, with a shower and bath. Immaculately clean too.
I was given a very spacious "corner" room with views from 2 sides.
Good value for money
Shame that those lovely big windows, potentially offering great views, were in a pretty poor state, so that you were looking through a haze of condensation.
We had a good mid week stay. Great value, nice clean room and bathroom.

Parking is expensive at 25 pound per day, and if you go out for the day using your car, there's no guarantee of a space once you return

Lovely hotel in a very good and central location. Great views as well if you were given a room on the higher floors. Everything you need was in the room (including a little fridge and a safe). Was a nice addition to have both shower cubicle and bath in the bathroom as well. Spa and gym facilities were also very welcome and when I went, was quiet so was able to unwind a little after a heavy day in the office - but the spa facilities (sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool) have an additional charge of £10 per entry.
I am noticing that it is a standard practice within Cardiff now - but the hotel parking onsite was limited and there was a charge, of which I had to pay £24 per night. Although the room was relatively clean, some of the chairs in the room gave off a white dust / residue which was a bit disappointing as almost walked out with a white behind in my dark trousers! Also the room didn’t look like it was hoovered well as there were crumbs and other bits on the floor. The spa facilities (sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool) are not free for guests to use, you have an additional charge of £10 per entry, so even if you used the facilities then wanted to come back later in the day to use them again, you would have to pay ANOTHER £10. Lastly, I asked for separate VAT invoices for both my hotel stay and parking charges (as I was told by reception staff that this would be done). When asking for this in the morning of the day I was to check out (8am), the staff member stated that they would email this to me as they needed to contact the accounts team. However, it was not sent until I called back after 1pm informing I had not received this. Although emailed through, instructions were not followed and the invoice was sent with charges combined. I did ask again for this to be split into 2 invoices however I still have not received a response back - which is a let down as I need this for work expenses.
