Great spacious rooms.
Pros:

I liked the size of the rooms, they were more spacious than other hotels. It had personality and the bathroom was really nice too

Cons:

I didn't like the lifts, it made a funny noise.

The location on Google maps send you to the back of the property instead of the entrance.

Was a lovely stay! Great location. 5 min walk from everything in town. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms!

Overall good hotel just not impressed with staff.
Pros:

Lovely property and good location

Cons:

Staff were not at all kind. Gave me a disabled room even though I said I was Deaf and didn’t turn up in a wheelchair. I am not wheelchair bound. Quite offensive. She didn’t even smile once when checking me in and I was woken up by staff themselves in my room as I was not able to hear the knocking in the morning. Very poor experience.

Check in and out was easy, clean and spacious room, conference lunch was ok, breakfast was ok for £12

Cons:

Noisy air conditioning in room, dirty windows impacting a great view, toilet seats that didn’t fit toilets

Great value, lovely staff
Pros:

Proximity to the central station approx 15min walk. The room was on a high floor, great views, clean, comfortable spacious. Every staff member went over an above to make my stay comfortable and welcoming, especially the greeters at breakfast and the chef - well done, I’ll be back soon

So relaxing. Bedroom a/c worked perfectly unlike most hotels. Reception lady was lovely. Spa workers fab. Warm pool. Boiling steam room and sauna. Big room. Shower brilliant.
