Schönes Hotel weit außerhalb
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Leider sehr weit außerhalb. Lange Fahrzeiten in die Innenstadt. Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, deshalb trotz Klimaanlage sehr warm im.Zimmer

Lovely time spent in London.
Pros:

Great area. Lovely staff. Lots of amenities were available. Great spread of breakfast foods.

Cons:

Lack of WiFi for the tv to connect to things such as Netflix.
The lift was broken for the duration of our stay

The bed made a load of noises just sitting or moving on it. I think a new bed needs to be purchased

It said very close to the O2 but it did not say you have to go around the river so it takes longer to get too.

Pros:

Spacious & good facilities & food. Staff were excellent, particularly Judith in the restaurant 😁

Transport into The City was close by & easily accessible.

Pros:

The rooms were clean,refreshed every day,at arrival,the gentlemen at check in were very friendly,polite and respectful,my daughter loved the welcome cookies,The location was exceptional,close to other restaurants and hotel next to a river and had a show of the private jets landing close to the hotel,beautiful views at night.

Check in we were accussed of booking 3 rooms when clearly booked 2, upon proof we had the receptionist laughed and said are you sure? Insinuated our fault, clearly theirs. Room had issues and was moved swiftly yet just poor service. Anyone considering a snack, pringles etc prepared to get blown away by £7 charge
