Outstanding place to stay
Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hilton Excel and both times I have been hugely impressed.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly… particular shout out to Abdullah and Oyor who upgraded me to a suite as I requested a quiet room and was a returning guest.

The breakfast is absolutely fantastic…. A great selection and well cooked/presented.

This is definitely my returning hotel when I come to London for work in Canary Wharf. It is a short safe walk to the DLR and the hotel has more than everything I could need for a comfortable stay.

Great for Work and Pleasure
Pros:

I stay here regularly for work and pleasure. It's so nice to be recognised and treated so well when I visit. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is perfect for my work at Telehouse or for a quick trip into London on the DLR/Elizabeth Line. Also convenient for City Airport. Special thanks to Din on reception and Serge in the bar/restaurant for making me feel so welcome.

Lovely hotel to stay in London
Pros:

I am a big fan of this Hilton Excel Hotel. They have the best breakfast. The rooms are normally spacious and clean. The staff are kind and very wellcome. A special thank you to Jyothika for taking care of our dinner and solving one small issue without hesitation.

Home away from home!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and accomodating.
Upon arrival it was lovely to recieve a tasty cookie.
Breakfast was fresh and very tasty and there were a lot of choices.
Judith especially, made our breakfast stay extra special, as she greeted us like family members. (A massive thank you, lovely lady.)
The scenery around the hotel was lovely and interesting to explore. Great views from the dining area. Overall, I found the Double Tree by Hilton hotel to be a home away from home.

Cons:

When crossing the bridge at night on foot, some parts were not well lit.
