Pros:

Great locations and lovely facilities. Staff were super helpful and efficient. We had a wonderful stay to celebrate our 60th birthdays. I was given Guest of the Day upgrade with free cookies, birthday cupcakes and a free drink at the bar - what a wonderful treat. Would recommend without hesitation.

Mustafa from breakfast team!
Pros:

Recently I had booked a stay at the Hilton ExCeL London, and I would like to especially mention Mustafa from the breakfast team for his outstanding service. From the moment we arrived at breakfast, he was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout.

Mustafa went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always checking if we needed anything and serving guests with a smile and great attention to detail. His positive attitude and excellent hospitality truly made our mornings enjoyable and memorable.

It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about customer service. Hilton is very lucky to have a team member like Mustafa representing the hotel. Thank you once again for the fantastic experience!

Perfect spot for visiting the Excel
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Doubletree whilst visiting an expo at the excel. Very convenient location, clean, comfortable beds and great breakfast options. Heads up to all the team especially Rahat for looking after us during breakfast.

Nicest hotel near excel
Pros:

Basic but nice. Short walk from the excel centre so perfect for May exam goers like myself. The staff at the hotel were especially lovely. I would like to especially thank Mustafa at breakfast for being helpful and kind.

A great hotel with friendly and attentive staff.
Pros:

My Wife and I had a wonderful stay here. We had a lovely King Deluxe room overlooking the Royal Victoria Dock.
Check in was smooth and very quick and we were warmly greeted by Abdullah who checked us in super efficiently. What a gentleman he was and he made us feel very welcome.
The room was spotlessly clean, bathroom was a generous size and the bed very comfortable. After a day of sightseeing we enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar which was great. Very comfortable and had sport on the TV to enjoy whilst having a drink.
We were greeted at breakfast with a beautiful beaming smile from Judith, who showed us to our table, explained the breakfast options and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our breakfast. She really was a ray of sunshine first thing in the morning. Thank you Judith for looking after us.
Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, from fruit and yoghurt, fully cooked breakfast and plenty of pastry options. Chef was happy to cook us poached eggs and I saw other guests enjoying omelettes too.
This is a super hotel and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I thoroughly recommend staying here.
