Good location and staff, could do with a deeper clean.
Pros:

Great location and easy access to quays. Staff friendly, good parking and ease of check in.

Cons:

Room wasn’t particularly clean, coffee stains on wood and carpet not hoovered. Beds very small and air con not working.

Cons:

We got a room with great disabled access but rather than having the twin beds as booked it came with a double. Benefit of the better bathroom outweighed changing the beds.

It was good, but couldn’t be better
Pros:

It was nice, cozy and clean, breakfast was great

Cons:

The window in the room was broken, we noticed it in the morning when woke up as it was pretty cold outside that day . We couldn’t close it

Reception staff welcoming & helpful. Location good, free parking nearby (validated by Hotel). Good buffet breakfast. Spacious room with adequate facilities.

Cons:

Room decor very disappointing - tired & evident dents & marks on walls. TV did not work & reported to reception. Bathroom decor grubby & damaged, shower leaks.

Very good stay with very helpful staff
Pros:

Very good location with plenty of sightseeing and good bars and restaurants. Hotel very clean and all staff very willing to make you stay really great.

Cons:

Could not open the room window to get some fresh air. Not enough storage space for clothes and toiletries, only one comfortable chair provided had to ask for another one, a small fridge in the room would be very good.

Pleasant stay although it was difficult to find and park.

Great Breakfast. Great to be near the harbour.

Cons:

Access to the hotel is difficult when you’ve never been there before. We ended up walking a long way.
