Pros:

Très bien situé à Gunwharf Quays, proche de la station Portsmouth Harbour et de la station de bus The Hard Interchange. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

Le second lit est nettement moins bon que le lit principal. On a trouvé un bretzel sous le lit.

Great location and people but roomvery cramped and some cleanliness issues.
Pros:

The location was excellent to walk to the numerous spots we had picked out. The staff was all very helpful and friendly, especially Lynsay at the front desk who helped us out with a few items that we needed since there was not a business center at the hotel.

Cons:

The room was a cracker box with no plugs anywhere near the bed so I had to sleep with my feet at the headboard, the cpap plugged into the opposite wall and the table/desk slid in between to set the cpap on.

Lots of dirty silverware at the breakfast buffet.

Pros:

Die Lage an der Outlet Mall ist unschlagbar. Das Parken ist dadurch in den ersten 24 Std. kostenlos und kostet danach £2 pro Tag. Alles war einfach zu erreichen und ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war auch gut. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe für zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby mit Gepäck. Die Klimaanlage war hilfreich bei der Wärme.

Cons:

Die Hygiene/Sauberkeit beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten Lippenstiftabdrücke und Essensrückstände an Gläsern, Tassen und dem Besteck gefunden. Die Hochstühle waren auch alle dreckig. Das Kopfteil des Bettes hatte ebenfalls einen komischen großen braunen Fleck.
Man sollte auf dem Schirm haben, dass die Zimmer zur einen Seite zur Bühne der Plaza zeigen und es dort abends laut sein kann (Livemusik, Besoffene, usw.). Die Zimmer zur anderen Seite sind zum Bahnhof gerichtet und falls man geräuschempfindlich ist, ist dieses Hotel vielleicht nicht das Richtige.
