Apparently, they don’t have any rooms with two beds or so they told me, they don’t even exist and therefore basically c

The front desk people were very friendly. That’s about the only thing good about this hotel.

Cons:

We ordered a double room with two beds I I’m traveling with a friend. I even messaged the hotel to be sure that my double room would have two separate beds considering we are not a couple. they assured me it had two beds. They had one bed and a roll out. I had to sleep with a car as thick as a comforter with all those metal rods in my back. what an uncomfortable first day of my vacation after traveling for about 20 hours.

Great place to stay
Pros:

A great place to stay when visiting Portsmouth and nearby.

A great location, clean and modern hotel. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of freshly cooked food, fruit, cereal etc.

Parking is easy and 24 hours free in the Gunwharf Quays carpark which is just a couple of hundred yards from the hotel.

Great for week stay
Pros:

Excellent location, easy access of public transport and shopping. Tourist attractions within 10 minute walk.

Cons:

The rooms with a view overlook shops and bars. We stayed Mon-Fri so not too bad could be an issue on weekend.
1 lift to floor 2 as other broken during our stay.

Perfect for shoppping and the Ferries, breakfast and parking included was a great bonus

everything, it was perfect for a short stat before getting on the IoW Ferry

Great location. Lovely staff and very clean. Car parking charges were a big bonus.

Cons:

One lift wouldn't go to second floor which was a pain. Bed was really hard and the pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy so didn't get good night's sleep.

Stay was comfortable and value for money.
Pros:

Room was adequate although a little tired looking. Breakfast was very nice with high quality ingredients although would like to have more than just scrambled eggs on offer.
Location was good for the shops and the venue for the event that we had travelled there for

Cons:

Cant think of anything that we didn't like.

We loved the location and would stay again.
Pros:

We stayed twice, both rooms were clean and comfortable, as well as quiet.

The breakfast was wonderful tons of choices hot and cold with two coffee machines! Juice, milk and hot chocolate to choose from.

Cons:

We are Americans and enjoy a queen or king bed also a washcloth when we shower. Other than that, all was great. We can switch up when we travel and again the room was comfortable with a chair and table.
