Ideal for my needs for just one night. Just a little overpriced for what it was

Cons:

Lifts not working correctly.
Breakfast very disappointing
Very noisy outside until gone 2.00 in the morning

Convenient and comfy with a great location.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. Location was great for Gun Wharf and access to ferries and the train station.

Cons:

Breakfast could do with fried eggs or boiled eggs as an option. Our room was a disabled access room so the shower did wet the entire floor in the bathroom.

Nothing, I cut the visit short due to the bad room and informed them I would be one night only but they still charged for two nights ?

Good position
Pros:

We stayed here two nights. The position is excellent. At the heart of all the shops and restaurants. The room was big and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was old and you would roll into the middle during the night. The pillows were clumpy. Need to be replaced. The shower curtain was dirty needed to be replaced. The place looks a bit run down. It needs freshening up. The breakfast is under staffed. Needs extra staff to keep it looking clean. The cutlery looked dirty.

It was okay
Pros:

The staff were brilliant and breakfast

Cons:

The pillows are not very comfortable and the room needs a good clean there is dirt all around the skirting board the rooms just need a revamp to make them more comfortable
