Gutes Hotel an zentraler ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in den Old Dockyards, Spinaker Tower und Old Portsmouth gute Athmosphäre in der Umgebung. Tiefgarage steht zur Verfügung.

Nice friendly staff, bar staff friendly too

Cons:

Z bed was uncomfortable, springs sticking out, orange juice at breakfast horrible, instead of fresh orange it was like watered down orange juice with carbonated water and the apple juice, yuck ! No choice for eggs at breakfast except scrambled, bacon hard.

Friendly pleasant stay
Pros:

Nice and quiet, great location, really nice breakfast, went out to eat at one of the many eateries nearby in the evening and your room card entitled us to 20% off 😊

Basically only stay as it is close to shops. Breakfast was not good on second morning.

Nothing. Only that it’s convenient for shops and parking.

Cons:

Hotel needs updating. Only stay there because it is ideal for the shops and parking. Same time next weekend price is £250 cheaper!!!

An excellent break
Pros:

Staff were superb at check in. and at managing our needs during our stay.
Good that there were blue badge parking spaces outside the hotel but maybe a few more would help.

Cons:

Air con would help as would a more effective fan in the room

Everything you need in great location for train station, shopping/restaurants, historic dockyards
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, air conditioning great, plus all sorts of nice thoughtful touches - free suncream dispenser in lobby, donation box for homeless shelter, etc. Breakfast good. Great coffee machines!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike! On second thought - Hmm maybe the scrambled eggs at breakfast weren't that tasty (sort of bland and watery) but all else was tasty.

Cons:

This was the second time we’ve stayed there where the air con wasn’t working in the middle of a heat wave. Once I can accept but twice is not acceptable. Complimentary bottles of water would’ve been a minimum expectation and are provided in almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at, home or abroad but none were left in the room.
