The mattresses were uncomfortable, the sofa bed for my daughter you could feel the metal bars. When we asked for a topper, we got one, no help to put it on

Not very good breakfast
Convenient location a short walk to the shopping centre, bars and restaurants of Gunwharf keys. Parking at the shopping centre carpark was included in the price of our room, which really saved a lot of money compared to if we'd paid the standard car parking charges. Good choice of options for breakfast and nice to have the on-site bar too. Lift access to upper floors definitely makes life easier!

Het hotel is direct gelegen aan de voetgangerszone met winkels en op loopafstand van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden in Plymouth. De kamers waren ruim, evenals de badkamer. De auto kan geparkeerd worden direct op de parking van het hotel tegen een schappelijke prijs
De receptioniste was bij aankomst niet zo vriendelijk en ratelde maar wat af. Alhoewel we 2 kamers met 2 aparte bedden hadden gevraagd was er 1 kamer bij met een queensize bed. Toen er gevraagd werd om een tweede dekbed te bekomen kon dit niet, ook niet na verschillende keren de receptie te hebben gebeld. Er werd zelfs niet meer opgenomen. Voor de eerste kamer dienden we rechtstreeks te betalen aan de receptie, het bedrag voor de tweede kamer werd via de creditkaart van de rekening gehaald.

This is a budget hotel at a very non-budget price. The only reasonable price for this hotel would be 50% cheaper. If it was £80-£90 a night it might be acceptable to have shampoo and soap stuck in containers on the wall, cheap toilet paper, no toilet brush, small rooms and limited in room facilities. The rooms are bleak and dismall with small windows and the configuration is very strange with the bed just a small amount away from the wall on one side so that when you get out of bed to walk to the bathroom you always smack your arm on the temperature control unit poking out on the wall. Views are limited as you see mainly the casino opposite but - if you’re lucky and get the third floor, you might get a view of the tower along with the rooftops. I have stayed here twice now and I don’t think I would stay here again for this absolutely outrageously overpriced room. There are other options in the area that are also very well located and I think they are a better choice. So as you can see, my main gripe is that it is massively overpriced for what it is offering. It is a budget hotel that is charging too much.
