Lovely place to stay but still some work to complete on aircon

Cons:

We were cold, the Air con didn’t work last summer when we were there and this time we were cold in our room and no heating available. The engineers are doing the work to get the heating/cooling working but it has been a massive job. We will return

Cons:

Alguns quartos, mesmo que non smoking, tem um cheiro de cigarro infernal. Pedi pra trocar. Wifi não funciona. Conecta e desconecta logo em seguida. Pelo menos no terceiro andar. Se vier a trabalho, não conte com o wifi do hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. So pleased we chose this hotel, would definitely stay there in future .
Pros:

Central position, comfortable clean room and good quality breakfast.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Minor issues. We found the double bed too small, a 5 foot wide bed would be better.
Pillows were lumpy.

Excellent location, good breakfast.

Cons:

Overpriced basic room - £100 more than our last visit (we've stayed 4 times) The room was basic and air con did not work and the window was broken and could not be opened. The view was rubbish! We paid extra for that! 🤨

Good value, great location - would stay again
Pros:

Great location in centre of Gun Wharf, good that 24 hours parking in Gun Wharf is included with booking.
Good value for great location. Beds were comfy & good choice for breakfast. Would def stay again.

Cons:

slightly noisy for short while from neighbouring rooms and some outside noise, I thinks walls are probably quite thin but didn't really impact our stay.
Only very minor point but 'Parsley & Kale' flavoured shower gels?? - wouldn't be my choice - but hey!

Perfect for one night stay in proximity to Ferry port. Good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is an ideal stopover when either going to or coming from the Ferry Port. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and clean. The breakfast has more choice than previously - always appreciated. The car parking is a real bonus within 3 minutes walk from the hotel and is free for 24 hours?
