The price doesn’t fit the accommodations.
Pros:

Location. Water pressure in shower was GREAT!

Cons:

The rooms could use an upgrade. Bed was so flat on one half. Ice machines on floors are out of order.

Horrid customer service and care
Pros:

Sat at the desk while they did a “shift change” for 40 min with a already booked Reservation with over 10 people waiting while their systems where “down” it was late at night but still I don’t believe it should take over 30 min to get a room that is already paid for when it’s past 11:30 at night

Staff not very hospitable.
Pros:

Location is nice.

Cons:

First time I visited several months ago everyone of the staff was very polite and seemed to welcome me. Now on this visit and several others the staff are not very friendly at all. The website is never working correctly and when you call for a reservation you are promptly put on hold. Takes forever and once again, the feeling is you are bothering the staff by wanting to stay there.
